Paranormal & Ghost Society "Phantoms" (A) 46 at  NEVADA KINGS (H) 59

Adult 5x5 Basketball (Weekdays) - Sparks - Fall 2021

Location: Excel Christian School

Our summer season opener was against the Nevada Kings supposedly they are one of the better teams and been around for awhile. This is a new facility the team is playing at the Excel Christian Academy up in Sparks very low key a bit of an old fashioned court but the refs did a great job minus the fact that I took a few fouls that I think could be contested since games like these get physical the other team wants to score and we want to stop them.

We had a slow start the truth is they pulled ahead by quite a bit we regrouped made a come back and near the end they had three three pointers which really shot down any chance to win with a score of 46 to 59 but this is for us a new team I put together so of course we have our work cut out for us. Honestly your going to see some good competition here were there mistakes? Sure!

Sometimes in leagues you get jitters or let nerves get you and most of us were just so anxious to play we beat ourselves but this is a team we can beat in the future as long as we play the right defensive positions, make more shots, move the ball a little more, get our rebounds and stop them from making shots like near the end of the game. I had most of the penalties watch and learn they are good fouls if I did not break up the play they would have scored of course in higher up leagues those would not have been fouls since I was trying to stop the shots. So much can be learned from watching the game its frustrating because they did not score for nearly five minutes but either did we. If we had scored a few more shots during their drought this would have been a closer game or perhaps a win for us. But its a learning experience we had two guys injured, I had major spinal pain, this was a veteran team and for us a new league.

Now that we have the feel for the teams, facility, refs play calling and positioning we can tweak it for future games. A little more communication, controlling the court, clock and making sure the other teams do not have ball positions. Meaning when we shoot we need to get our rebounds back rather then them get the rebound launch the ball down the other end and score. So we will have to control the games let the other teams chase that ball or even us and I think our team will do great things. Its been over a year since the pandemic started we been able to compete in any tournament so for me its a bit surreal.

Next week we take on SNC and we will be ready for them. Ill be bringing a whiteboard so we can change up formations defensively. We had a bit of an issue on defense where certain areas of the key were not being defended and pockets opened up allowing the other team to put up points. But the comeback we made was amazing because it shows that we can play this game even under pressure problem is it came to late and we should have played this way in the 1st period because we were just five minutes to late. But no less I think the team showed some resilience, talent and sportsmanship. Their was some great ball movement but some anxious shots that totally hit air or were forced which always ends up in a loss of two or three points so consistency will be something we will work on.

At the end of the video is team photos, uniforms and our team dinner at the Great Basin Brewery. I drank this Razzle By Day its raspberry tart stout with vanilla parfait a mix of two brews one from Vegas then up here. I also had Thai Chili Chicken Wings, Loaded Ribeye French Dip and fries. Its important that this team bonds the more we do the better were going to play because some of us are lacking a bit of trust and were all capable of doing great things on that court but we win as a team and will lose as one.

What is important is to take your mistakes from each game then turn them around in the next one. I been a coach for awhile over the last few years I have witnessed good things but you have to have fun after, before and during the game. If you go out their with a positive fun attitude your going to produce some good things that is why in practice we seen such great shots, passing and steals because were having fun not worrying about the refs, spectators, directors etc. So we have to treat our games like all of that does not matter were just a group of brothers achieving the same goal helping one another out their will always be an open guy or someone to help step it up on defense so watch this game and then next weeks you'll see a difference as we tweak a few things.

Teams are about bettering themselves and building were doing just that this is our first game many more to come! On a good note we nearly put up 50 points quite a few teams in that division were lucky to even put up 32 so were on track we just need to get more offense going and put up a grid iron wall against our opposing teams so they score less then we can start getting some wins.

SNC (A) 36 at  Paranormal & Ghost Society "Phantoms" (H) 44

Adult 5x5 Basketball (Weekdays) - Sparks - Fall 2021

Location: Excel Christian School

This obviously will be one of the most special games of this season because its our first win and we earned it which makes the victory all the more sweeter. The Phantoms take on the #1 seed SNC in an all out defensive battle. A team that scored nearly 80 points the prior week we cut down in half so our hard work paid off, defensive formations and our ability to play them.

The only thing I can see our team working on is making sure we do not miss as many shots some of them really should have gone in and perhaps were forced a little to hard. However the team showed resilience as we had the lead at the end of the 1st half then SNC came back pulled ahead and we once again calmly took control of the game.

I did not agree with some of the ref calling in this game for example Woody shot a three pointer and they gave him a two even if it a small mistake if this game was closer it could have been a different outlook. Then the ref twice called Scott for Double Dribbling and Traveling which he was doing neither so very poor officiating in this game. I realize that mistakes are made but they have got to be better then that because this is our season on the line and while were not flawless those should not have been fouls which probably would have resulted in us scoring points instead.

With that being said I am very proud of this team and hard work that was done here we killed it. We came out from the beginning strong and we showed no mercy in our aggressive style of play which is what led to us winning our 1st game. It was a team effort and everyone made some great plays. So be sure to watch this thrilling game we apparently have developed some fans so that is cool! Ill talk about the game a little at half time then at the very end. I have generally so much going on but I got some commentary in.

Our next game will be next week Thursday as the Phantoms take on Red Beam Shmoke! If we can beat a powerhouse team such as SNC then we are going to great things our division and I cant wait to see how things progress! A very special win for our team and stellar gridiron defense! GO PHANTOMS and Fear The Reaper!

Score Should Be 59 to 62 With Us For The Win But Scorekeeper Was To Busy Talking!!!!!

Adult 5x5 Basketball (Weekdays) - Sparks - Fall 2021

Location: Excel Christian School

A very disheartening loss for our team as we had a chance to take first place in the division. What happened? Well for one the scorekeepers botched up our points thinking we were the visitors so when we scored they gave our points to the other team so that was one factor. Another factor was the officiating was the worst I ever seen it. As most of our fans even players know I play a very gridiron style defense I am not going to just step aside so that the other team can get layups all the day long.  So even though the score was 64 to 57 if they corrected it then it should have been 59 to 62 with us for the win so for me as a coach its really hard to digest because this should be our win!

But the rules of the league state that it is okay to play the ball and not the player. The past three penalties I had my hands were up as I followed the ball in midair yet I was fouled and those fouls just led to the other team accumulating pointage. Just as some of my other players were fouled which to me seemed rather contested also. I also was made aware that a couple times we kept the ball in bounce and the refs made a mistake saying we did not thus giving the other team the ball so that kind of poor refereeing can really hurt you in a game of this caliber. No excuse for incompetence our players work to hard and all year long for this moment.

Then the game did not start on time because the other team was waiting on a player not our problem games are suppose to start on time our team was ready to play. So the entire game was botched from the get-go and to make matters worst one of our more talented players could not make the game as his entire family had fallen sick! We did have a nice lead with eight minutes left and that was another factor.

Then the second half their was not as much ball or player movement its super evident. I sat out most of the second because I did not want to get a technical foul since I was sitting at four fouls already so it was just best for the team considering one of our players already had one. While this was one of our highest scoring games the second half had quite a few air balls and easy missed layups. We cant expect to win games when at times we go up the court missing five or six in a row so the other team just became more consistent per play.

Lastly we use a 2/3 defense in the first half it was working fine but Big James switched it and some of the guys were not shuffling properly on the 3/2 defense and some have told me they really do not understand it. I had a feeling this was going to be an issue because it was when we tried it a month ago during practice. If you do not practice something hardly its probably best not to just randomly throw it into a game that your dominating in.

If you put all those factors together it was a very hard loss for us. If the officiating was better and six of our points actually went to us not the other team we would have squeaked by but if we kept the same formation and made more shots we also could have one it even with the mistakes made by scorekeepers and poor officiating.

Do not get me wrong it still was a thrilling game but one we should have one were better then this team! But this game on film needs to be used as a learning tool for not just our players but for future ballers who want to learn how to play this game. Its a good learning tool! We as a team cant try to fix things that are not broken and have to stick to the plan I laid out. While this was for me one of my strongest games so far like my two three pointers in the beginning of the game my second half I had to lay off a little because the refs were riding me and that can really hurt a players momentum.

We will have a chance at sweet revenge in six more weeks against this team and trust me when I say this you have my word we will be ready. But I will also be contacting the leagues directed and filing a complaint. The refs are expected to do better then this and then the scorekeepers not doing their jobs I mean if you give us our six take away theirs that is a win for us so I am very very flustered because not only do they have to be better then that but so do we as a team. When players are trying to tell the scorekeepers that were the home team and they argue were the visitors when the paperwork I filled out says HOME on top their is a lack of literacy on their part!

Next week for the team is a bye week we will practice fix some of the issues then come back out stronger, better and more vigilante. Our next game will be against the Chevy Vette's September 9th at 9:30pm we hope to see our fans attend and help come out show their support for us! We will be ready as we have to make up for last nights loss!

Paranormal & Ghost Society "Phantoms" (A) 54 at  Team Green (H) 32

Location: Excel Christian School

After having a team forfeit last week it was good to be back on that court competing for another win which will improve our standing in the division ranks. Not all wins are going to be beautiful but a win is a win in my book and for that we must as a team be thankful that we pulled it off against a team who was trying to keep their playoff hopes alive. The Green Team came out swinging ill give them then but our defense was strong holding them to only 32 points while we ended the game scoring 52 so a 22 point big W for us. While our offense could have been a little sharper setting it up a little more and being consistent we still poured it on while holding Team Green to only 32 points which is a team very capable of scoring.

Once again the refs did a terrible job officiating Jordan was pushed to the ground no penalty was called later following a very treacherous play by the other team which nearly injured Woodie one of our main scorers which also was ignored by the refs. Honestly, the officiating has been horrible and you can see their is favoritism involved in their decision making when it comes to calling fouls. Woodie could have gotten injured badly he should have gotten a flagrant foul shot technically with us getting the ball back.

With that being said next week we take on The Bracers a win against them ensures us getting a playoff berth as we continue to be a force within our division. We also added a new player Taman he had a strong game got right up under that hoop trying to tip some of them rebounds on in and their is some great long passes for the layup. Our opponents were getting frustrated but they also were pleased with how well we played against them defensively that in fact a few players came up to me and told me so congratulating us.

So now we move on to play The Bracers we have to take each game as a learning experience even if we won we have to tweak a few things prior to our next game because every team in our division is different offensively as they are defensively so we need to be ready. No less a great game with a very exciting second period and a much closer first period! Winning by 22 points is still a feat no matter what team you go up against so we need to build off that.

This victory puts us at 3 and 2 should be 4 and 1 due to that scorekeepers mishap against Red Beam Shmoke a couple week ago!  But the problem is the league has quite a bit of issues the scorekeeper does not pay attention giving our points to other teams, refs are not calling the fouls properly and were dealing with poor lighting within the facility. Until they get these issues resolved its going to present problems for our team so we know what gotta do. GO PHANTOMS!

Brace Yourself (A) 35 at  Paranormal & Ghost Society "Phantoms" (H) 64

Location: Excel Christian School

Our team really should be proud of ourselves this is our third win in a row with that being said we are in the playoffs with only two games left in our season. However, we still have a chance at being the top seed so were in a really good position within our division. More of the same a grid iron defense nearly shutting down the other team. As I said before we have one of the best defenses in our division within the tournament something I worked really hard at as a coach because honestly without a killer defense it would not give our offense the opportunity to pull ahead with the final score being 64 to 35.

What a strange evening it was then again it was the dawn of the Fall Equinox the moon was gold, sun was hot pink and smoke from the wildfires filled the air. But a new season is here and only a couple weeks left in this one. Then our team will move onto another tournament for now we shall bask in our glory as this was a really crucial game. Now we head into two very difficult matches one against Fifty Shades Of Klay and our revenge match against Red Beam Schmoke a game we should have won but the scorekeeper botched the score up so we have to go out the next two weeks make a huge statement.

Speaking of scorekeepers messing up you cant see it on film but I had to have the scorekeeper fix the score in this game against The Bracers because they were on their phone not paying attention. This seems to be an ongoing issue we are having playing for Northern Sports & Recreation. Really we should be sitting at first place its so disheartening but with a win against the Bracers we do sit in third and were ready to finish out our season hard as we get ready for playoff matches.

I did miss a few baskets all air balls that never happens for me but right now as of a few days ago due to some injuries during practice my Retina in my right eye might be detaching itself. The gel that is in my eye or fluid collapsed in the cavity or tore off so their are pieces of it moving around the front of my pupil so I am having blurred vision, lashes, black spots etc and during the game all that activity made it worst so I was only able to see out of my left eye so hence why my shots were off. Does it sadden me? YES! But I will try to work around it I am an athlete and a superstar so its something I have to live with their is no cure for this!

Regular Season

Paranormal & Ghost Society "Phantoms" (A) 34 at  50 Shades of Klay (H) 55

Location: Excel Christian School

Perhaps this is one of the most important games of the year given both of us are tied for second place. I have to commend 50 Shades Of Klay they move the ball fast and they just made most of their shots something we failed to do from the beginning which hurt us. The game was tight for the opener we scored two and held them but at least eight to nine times we did not make anything so the lack of offense is what hurt us here. By the time the end of the second period came along we woke up snapped out of it by then its to late as the clock is always ticket and is no friend to any team who is trailing behind.

It was a hard game for us one player is injured, two were out unable two show who are great ball stealers and then I played half of capacity considering a three days prior to the game I was in the hospital due to an accident up in the wilderness where I hurt both my ankles. So not being at full capacity hurt us a little because I try to play a gridiron defense sealing up that middle. Our zone was really off in this game so I hope our players will utilize the footage to see where we went wrong. Accidentally I got punched in the face its ugly but I am okay its just that the ball was loose I went to chase it and Woody did not see me so we collided. We both had the right idea to retain the ball get it back in play and make something happen.

We had holes in our strong zone defense we played all season long some players were not even getting back therefore yes we lost. Not saying it was not a good game I mean we did start to mount a comeback and their are some great baskets on both teams being scored. But I am not afraid to respect or commend our opponents as losing to them is a wake up call that we as a team need to do more work in order to beat them on the court the next time we play them which may be in the upcoming playoffs!

We do have a revenge match next week against Red Beam Schmoke they are the top seed we will have to be ready for them last time we played them they botched our score and we totally won that game. This time we need to not only be ready as they have grown as a team but we need to dominate and control the game something we failed to do against 50 Shades Of Klay.

As a coach I know we wont win everything game but I also know that we needed a wake up call because this is a team we may play again in the championship round if we make it there so yes its back to the drawing board and we just have to be better next time! I am still coping with eye issues its hard for me not being able to see out of my right out yeah I hit the rim when I threw one up and my passes got to my players but I got more work to do to overcome this medical issue to go with all the others and with practice ill be back shining on that court which should be enough to inspire everyone of our players who are committed to the Phantoms sports team!

Regular Season

Red Beam Shmoke (A) 62 at  Paranormal & Ghost Society "Phantoms" (H) 56

Location: Excel Christian School

The Phantoms are back for one more final game a grudge match against Red Beam Schmoke who we technically won last time we played them but the scorekeeper botched our points. With that being said I have waited weeks for our team to play them again. I have much respect for Red Beam statistically we are a fairly even match-up so games are ALWAYS thrilling to watch no matter who wins. So your really going to enjoy this game and we did a great job coming back on them in the second period just by getting some synergy going. So its plenty of back and forth action on both sides.

What really hurt us in this game is we had something like 13 fouls between two periods. Not just that but at times to many three point shots were not going on in. Truthfully when we came back we should have continued what it was we were doing. But to many players I think got over excited thus beating themselves throwing up air balls and not moving the ball. Remember from a coaching perspective shooting is an art if you throw up the ball either you hit the hoop letting another player get that rebound put it in or you just simply put it in.

But in order to shoot artistically you also have to pass that way in order to set up a shot that has higher chance of going on in. When I called the time out I said to my players pass three times then shoot because their defense was boggled and we did. Then minutes later some teammates when back to running up to the key shooting air balls when they had others they could have passed to. So with that being said your going to lose games when you make mistakes.

I made two three pointers one of mine went in other hit the rim no less as you can tell I am learning to deal with my right eye issues which is permanent but its something I have to overcome if I wish to play! So I was not unhappy with my performance on Defense nor some of the passes, plays and shots I made we cant be hard on ourselves we just need to play with heart! I made my three because the ball was set up very well thus leaving me open so you will hear this again shooting is an art! :)

How do you fix said mistakes? You build trust, practice and eventually when you have another chemistry with your team you are able to set up the perfect shots. More perfect shots means more points and less giveaways to our opponents. But when you just throw up a ball give it to the other team opportunity is lost therefore so is trying to keep up with a team that nearly scores every time they get the ball. So you have to counter that! While we lost I have respect for this team they played us hard and we gave them a challenge at times so great run no less!

While we may face this team in the playoffs pending we win next weeks game we will need to be ready. We have learned so much playing Red Beam and I know we can beat them. So its possible you may see another match again in the future. Our defense needs to also move towards there three point shooters they had to much space for what I said earlier the perfect shot. If we do not let them set it up it means control the game we just need to convert points on offense by setting up better shots that way more then one teammate has his hands on that ball.

So here is what the video includes the pre-game show which includes us being kicked out of the facility when we were getting ready to warm up put out in the cold with some humor too. I filmed some of the players showing on up! I really like seeing them get involved and into this meaning our team as well as what we represent! We  always arrive early because when our guys warmup we seem to be more relaxed and play a little better. So you have the whole pregame BS team blotter lol and then warmup for awhile. It may or may not be that exciting but it gives everyone a look into how our team operates and the in and outs of this league were part of. So in a sense this is more like a documentary included with our game and well I said it before and ill say it again basketball is a lifestyle!

They gave us about fifteen minutes to warm up since last week we did not get that opportunity so it really hurt us. So then after the warmup you have the 1st and 2nd periods of the game. Then a little post game show nothing to long just some commentary and my Cabernet Sauvignon Steak with broiled garlicky herbal potatoes. Just a great meal to end a really hard played game like your about to see! A special final game video for our fans I put together. Now we have to put this game in the past we learned how to beat this team so if we play them in the championship will be ready for now we just have to take one game at a time in the upcoming tournament. Its one and done so if you win you move on if you lose your out! Were going to do everything for our fans to keep the dream alive!

R1G2 Quarterfinals

Brace Yourself (A) 39 at  Paranormal & Ghost Society "Phantoms" (H) 57

Our quarterfinals divisional game would pit us against Brace Yourself one that we would win but they definitely put up a good fight and this game became uber aggressive. I almost broke my ankle due to a player running into me under the hoop but I am fine but also was kneed in the ribs and someone hit in my bad knee so I was hurting which is probably why I was rattled most of the game shooting. Thankfully we have a fast offense so I was able to use my size to stop the other team under the hoop but it was no easy game and our entire team made huge contributions to this marginal victory. All of us scored, had assist, steals, boards and blocks very fast paced game. We knew it would be because this is a do or die game so your entire season hinges on succeeding or you go home packing.

This would be a facility we never played before light is better, court seems larger and its a fairly new court so those were the perks. The not so great perks were the two players from another team standing in front of the camera for seven minutes talking not sure how they could not see it but it was disheartening so as they are pacing you kind of can see the game towards the end of the first period. Then a couple minutes in the second period so just be forewarned camera was on the a tripod facing the court so it is what it is! Unfortunately. I cant man the cam during games only between periods so when we return next week in the Semifinals I may have to Put the whiteboard in front of the camera with a sign that says PLEASE do not stand in front of the cam. I hate to be a jerk about it but we had some really great buckets and plays blocked by a couple individuals so I was a bit disheartened.

The other thing you are going to notice is you will not see the scoreboard sure it works but they did not utilize it instead they bought a tiny hand held one which you can barely see so if your looking to see the score as the game continues on you wont but what I can tell you is we scored 57 and Brace Yourself 39. With that being said will see you for next weeks game as we take on SNC while we beat them during the regular season I expect this to be one of our hardest games considering how bad both of us want to get to the championship game! But either way I look forward to bringing this game and others to our fan base who support and believe in our team!

R2G2 Semifinals

Paranormal & Ghost Society "Phantoms" (A) 56 at  SNC (H) 40

The semifinals so close to victory we can nearly taste it just one win ONE from being in the championship where nearly every team goes home and a couple stand to take the prize. This will start off with my man Mr T and I welcoming our viewers/fans to this event. Then their will be about a two minute warmup wish honestly they gave us more time. I do not mind this league but they need to change it up a little warmup should be 15 minutes but anyhow it is what it is we warm up then period one starts up.

We do pull ahead of SNC and stay ahead almost the entire first period. They do close the gap the game did get fairly aggressive I got a knee to the ribs and the refs really did not sit back letting us play they called everything. I got kneed to the ribs and its my fault just as someone on SNC got hurt he tripped fell into me and I got called for it. So my guess as good is any is the refs simply do not like me and are being totally bias. We have been the underdogs in this league fighting against scorekeeper errors, refs favoring other teams and us fighting for our playoff lives. We are here baby and were for real. Were going to make a statement and earn some respect in the Reno Sparks area once this is all said and done you'll see!

In the second we ramped it up finished the game out 40 to 56 with a 26 point lead moving on to the championship. Their was some great shots in this game really by both teams and ill always give my opponents some love time to time I mean they earned their place in the semifinals too. But we were faster, stronger on the D and had more quality shots then they did. I did sort of get onto my team because honestly I am a top notch three pointer shooter sure I have my off days depends on how my pain level is in my knee but last night I felt on and not once did I get the ball at the top of the key to shoot.

Our team needs to be reminded we are on that court with five players not four and must use the entirety of the court. If nobody is covering me at the top of the key and I am wide open then chances are I am going to nail that kind of shot.  If I dont we have to get our guys under the hoop to get the rebounds its just simple basic basketball which will win you more games then forcing the ball at times.  But no less I am okay not scoring because at this point I am their to defend our home court and make sure plays get broken up. I managed to get my fingers and tip a few shots along with get a couple boards and play in the other teams faces. I even wore my evil clown mask so maybe that is why the defense would not cover me the entire game? Strange things amidst in October! LOL

Anyhow we got the win our championship game is on October 21st at 9pm we will not be playing at Sky Ranch but rather at Excel which honestly I am disheartened a little by. The court at Excel is smaller and because the lights are not all working it really messes with my vision because I am partially blind in my right on so ill have to be very sharp tonight and square with the net when shooting. So with this victory we say by to Sky Ranch but we set out what we said we were going to do which was win it all and get to the championship. So far we completed one goal now today we will work on the other one as move on to compete in the finals against the Chevy Vette's!

At the end of the competition I attached some pictures with music of the event such as warmup, partying, toking up, fans, family and friends. Overall a great time, great game and a huge win for our Paranormal & Ghost Society "Phantoms" just one game away from taking the prize and this game is a taste of things to come. We are on fire a huge win and huge game for this organization as we rip apart SNC a top seed sending them home packing! GO PHANTOMS!

R3G1 Final

Paranormal & Ghost Society "Phantoms" (A) 51 at  Chevy Vette's (H) 35

Our championship game on October 21, 2021 as the Phantoms take on the Chevy Vette's. We had an amazing victory with the final score being 51 to 35. We finally brought home a huge win and a really beautiful season for our fans & members of The Paranormal & Ghost Society. All that practicing during the pandemic helped our team go out there and win it all. Despite all the adversity of being underdogs, shorthanded, dealing with poor officiating, botched score keeping and some saying we could not pull it off well WE DID! Even though the evening before was our really hard fought aggressive game against the Chevy Vette's and I knew I had a job to do which was be a beast in our home court defensively bruised ribs and injured ankles it was do or die!

Like most of our games we came on stronger in the 2nd period it was a very hard fought finale and the defense was superb perhaps the finest your going to see from our summer/fall season. As a coach I will say we pushed, fought and clawed our way to a nice victory. I feel as a coach we should have scored more to many times players did not pass and botched shots. But we all contributed and shined including myself who had two out of three shots both of which were three pointers and some aggressive play to stop the Vette's from scoring under our hoop. I put on over 9k steps during this game on my fitbit just surreal!

So here is what your going to see yes this is quite the compilation. But will start off with the pre-game show, warmup and of course commentary during the game by none other then himself Lord Rick aka AngelOfThyNight lol! Two solid twenty minute periods and then footage from right after the game. You can see all the excitement and obviously I'm pumped up also. I'm sure most of our family, friends and fans were just as hyped up. Their was quite a bit of synergy going on during this game it was wild!

After the game a short time later their is music featuring photo gallery from our finale, selfies, after party pics & then featuring some of our stats and playoff bracket which led us to the championship. Only then after is the post game show which is a few hours yes long and some of you may or may not get through it but its fine. The post game show talks about our season, coaching basketball, trials n tribulations as a coach of the Phantoms, hardships, injuries, team building, addresses this years players of our team, along with the good, bad, ugly, team ethics, issues & of course treatment towards me as head coach.

I know some will not enjoy what I am going to say during SOME of the post game show and honesty hurts. But for me as a coach the road was difficult I dealt with so much. When we won I nearly collapsed so many trials and tribulations this past year getting this team to be where it was at. While most of the players on our team were cordial or good upstanding guys I had my issues with a few but to have some of those players family members in the stands laughing at me and putting me down is a whole new low especially were all either watching or playing in the same finale here!

This was a crazy season but on a good note the entire season is now available on youtube and the championship this year we won closed it out so for years to come I hope others enjoy this game. The facility is not that large so when you watch it the far left gets cut out of the picture like all season which is a bit for me frustrating because its hard to see who is deep in the corner but no less this game is in the history books.

At the end of this event and show will be more music feature some of the photos from games, good eats, events, 2021 Team Uniforms and practices since we started our basketball tournament back in August of this year. Its all very well put together and I feel very proud of it which is why I waited to release it all because I wanted to do it right take & take my time! We won 1st place no easy feat and we did some serious damage throughout the playoffs very very proud of what we achieved and how certain players stepped up to the plate! As a coach I have enjoyed watching my players grow and bloom. Will I be back its hard to say when you get word members of your team are trying to steal your own team from you its kind of a betrayal and very hard to swallow!

But I know one thing good coaching, organization and hard work is what wins games. As a coach I did my job and I pushed my team hard for months. I can say that because it all led up to this very moment 1st PLACE! Go Phantoms "The Paranormal & Ghost Society" Phantoms sports team! Plus we won jerseys!
