This is an introduction to one of the most haunted estates in Nevada which today is a business but at one time for many years was a home to a Walter and Geraldine Sparks for many years. The home was built in 1940 and is about to be added to the national registry of historic places. Eventually the Forbush family purchased it and records indicate the owner had passed away. Since then the home has been foreclosed upon, abandoned, sold for ten dollars or property tax and no owner has ever stayed more then a couple of years. Over the past few years it has developed a reputation for being haunted by both a male and a female spirit. This prologue was recorded within the first week of the business moving into the office when strange things begin to happen and the previous business told staff that they have had encounters with a female ghost who tends to move objects around. I spent some time helping set up furniture at the estate even watching infrared security cams only to realize peoples experiences with the paranormal here do hold weight combined with my own. This is our prologue recordings taken in September 2015 a few days after the business had gotten settled in a little so things are not set up. The estate has allot of nature since its at the base of the wilderness so deer and often fawns graze here or enjoy apples off the tree. Renovations have taken place here over the years I believe that it may have stirred up activity or simply its their world and were just living in it. This is an ongoing parapsychology research project so expect more to come!
This is an interview with Tammy filmed near Halloween of 2015 who is the director at the Sparks Estate therefore she spends allot of time here even after hours. With that being said by the time I did this interview within two months of her time spent here in these offices she collected quite a few strange experiences and tales to share, That includes talking about the history of the estate a little all the way to her experiencing the strange. Some stories told are from some of her employees who are quite scared to enter the basement or stay after hours. In the beginning of the interview a ghostly Halloween light falls onto the ground then later on Tammy shows me a bloody looking splotch that appears prior to the investigation here. During the interview at about the 29:14 time stamp Tammy begins to talk about the history associated with the estate when we heard a strange sound later on at the 37:00 minute time stamp she shows us a flickering light which only seems to occur at night even with the power switch off. Its quaint and charming but within two months prior to the interview paranormal activity here was off the charts. Even I heard a woman screaming in the basement when I was here by myself doing some work. Overall allot of strange sounds, knocking, objects being moved around, doors opening, closing, footsteps, oddities captured on CCTV cams, apparitions and so much more. This is a true haunted estate to many things that occur here to just be mere coincidence. Since Tammy's interview the strange experiences keep continuing for example one night she went to pick up something very late when something ran towards her stomping full speed as she was disabling the alarm or once an employee hearing a man yelling in the basement violently pounding on the floors. This should put the Sparks Estate into perspective as to what a real haunting looks like and believe me things had gotten quite spooky during this interview as we carried on our conversation about the dearly departed!

Our first investigation takes place around midnight near Halloween where we could do some more in depth research of the estate when things are much quieter. This truly is an "All American Haunting" and your about to find out why I refer to it as this. In this documentary your going to get to see tidbits from our investigation which include what our cams captured when I left to get coffee, EMF fluctuations, safe latch hitting me in the back, flickering lights, strange noises, thermal readouts and an exploration of the estate inside as well as outside. We try to incorporate science into what we do but also take a logical approach to investigations when it comes to haunted houses like this one your about to see which in my opinion is one of the most haunted houses in Nevada. I believe that the estate is haunted by possibly the original owners of the home or the couple who was elderly who lived here up until the 70's. Its near Halloween of 2015 our first project with the estate and a thriller for all those who really want to learn about how to conduct a paranormal investigation. I have spent at least a year and half monitoring paranormal activity at the estate there will be further research in the future. During my time monitoring CCTV infrared cams I have seen the cam being shaken and even anomalies in front of them. I have also heard knocking, furniture being moved and a woman screaming in the basement. So I tried to build my case based on those experiences as well as what others here witnessed. We lost our CCTV infrared footage because the security company deleted it before we knew how to archive it but its what led me to investigate the estate further. The basement seems to be a focal point for strange happenings it also has an old safe and crawl space that goes under the estate. It would appear that banging, screaming, shouting, vanishing boxes and CCTV cams being toyed with are just some of the things that occur down here. In once instance of the clip you can hear banging on the floor above even though I stepped out for coffee. This clip was taken about a year after our first initial investigation just to kind of keep our viewers posted. Not much has changed everything is as always discombobulated no matter when we open up the office or estate for business. Its not uncommon for the TV to be on or the DVD player or doors to be open that were locked previously. Tammy's office is somewhat a mess and allot of things are out of place. Employees claim that they are not causing this based on the fact that the previous tenants claim that the female ghost takes objects and moves them around chances are the same thing might be happening currently with Tammy. Its hard to know if papers all over the place is caused by spirits who might be dancing at the stroke of midnight or that allot of the mishaps could be caused by employees. Over the past year and half we have had quite a few experiences that absolutely make no sense. For example you go to save everything on a shelf then come back minutes later and its all on the floor. It was a strange year at the estate moment before this film Tammy went in to come get me because something came running up to her chasing her out of the back foyer area. Research will continue here for now though we will have to figure out why this keeps on happening often being left with more questions then answers. Every single day something is out of place, moved or something strange happens that defies reasonable explanation. This is a true haunted house and as you can see in the video I love every single minute of it!
