I have to say that I am astonished that today I have absolutely no knee pain. This is only the first stage of this procedure and by the time the third stage is complete I expect some positive results. I am so stoked right now I could play midnight football with the NFL lol. Speaking of NFL Buffalo Bills take on the Atlanta Falcons this Sunday man that is going to be an exciting game!

Its been a long day well sort of but man what a gorgeous day it was 70 degrees all day no breeze nice overcast skies and I sat out on the deck to relax a little. I would love for it to stay this way for a few months but soon I know the cold fronts are coming in off those mountains and it will get cold.

I been getting my backpack ready you guessed right folks tomorrow will be going up to Mount Raymond to seek out a ghost town. I already climbed Mount Raymond twice its a gorgeous extinct volcano but it stays under snow most of the year so will have to see how wintry its going to be later today as Chris and I take on Raymond City.

I guess some of you do not like my clown photo on facebook sorry but you guys know I do allot of horror gigs especially since I seen IT you will see my clown get up time to time its all good fun scary or not you know its me what would be scary is if it were some stranger its not though.

My son is having a friend over tonight I bought them boys hot dogs and tater tots they were golden. But before that I went out for Chinese and Shanghai cuisine it was really good. I have to eat right and I have to eat better at times then burgers or hot dogs. I am trying to lose weight but also to hike in the sierras you should eat a decent meal that will give you a boost the next day.

I been playing the new Uncharted The Lost Legacy man I love that game. I am playing it on very hard and I am finding it to easy ugh but its still a fun game with treasures, ruins, temples, jungles and waterfalls. It has tons of puzzles to solve to and there are some cool rebel battles like blowing up trucks love it.

I had some stuff to do tonight but I toked and enjoyed the nice air blowing in my truck because its really a beautiful evening especially with the stars out. I had to pick up supplies for my hike then stop by the office which is never disappointing considering how haunted it is I love it and love spending time there especially at night its even more eerie.

Now I am relaxing watched the Orville love that show. Speaking of shows so many new series are out or coming like The Gifted and Ghosted. But the new Star Trek is bad ass too and Macgyver just came back for a second season. Gotham is getting good to with Bruce Wayne playing young Batman and well Scorpion is always the same the world almost ends lol. In my spare time when I have time I will watch my series later at night.

I swear my cats are such babies I go to sleep they pile in on me. During the day all four of them sit around me. At night they all way for a hug and kiss before bed. Yeah they are a bit spoiled but here is the thing about kitties. Kitties really are babies from what I found most of them just need to be loved. A cat that i loved is a cat that will live many more years. My cats also think they are dogs they run up to me stand up on my leg wait for me to scratch there heads lol. I always talk about my cats because they really are my family best family or friends I ever had loyal and true. Some humans do not even compare to the loyalty my fur babies show me. Tonight most of them are all on the couch asleep dogs and kitties lol.

Well everyone I got to get some rest I am going to estate sales very early in the morning. Then ill come home grab my backpack and head out with Chris to hike around Mount Raymond. Some of you may have seen the pictures I posted from Nipple Peak well if you know the area you can see in the distance Mount Raymond is covered in snow. If you seen the zoomed in scenic photos you can see layers of mountains behind it with probably 5 to 10′ of snow on those summits and were not even in October. It should be an interesting but busy day for me friends.

I got so much going on Sunday I have the last football game of the season no worries new season starts in a few weeks. Plus we have all day today for estate sales, hiking etc. Then Monday ill be posting maybe that haunted cemetery on our site. Next week I have a marijuana appointment to renew my card two more years and another knee procedure so busy busy. Plus my son has two appointments I believe. Not that busy is a bad thing but I do hope things will slow down for me hell I been out on paranormal and historical trips all month to make up for this summers bad luck of me not getting out for three months.

Oh thanks to the wonderful government I cant get my pain pills for my pain. I went to the pharmacy tonight they said they would give me seven days worth then I have to pay the rest in cash its like WTF. Then they said until the doctor faxes them something more if I take the seven days it forfeits my right to get all 30 days free. So of course I had to leave my meds there until the doctor faxes them something and guess what? They are closed but these fucking politicians are making it harder folks to get meds by putting all these restrictions on it like CVS you can only get pain medicine every seven days so if you live far away in the country you have to take a trip four times a month to get all your medication. Just another example of how big brother controls Americans treating us like were babies and cant manage ourselves. Why don’t they do more about rapist, child molesters, murderers instead of worrying about peoples medication. So no meds for me its okay ill work through it but still fucking politics in everything not right at all.
