Its going to be a busy day for me I have to spray the front of the house black widows are coming out despite how cold it is lately grrr I hate those spiders I really do id rather deal with tarantulas or something. Also getting my gear together we have a investigation this weekend this is addition to tomorrows football game. I am currently taking signups if any of you want to play just let me know were short players right now and could use a few more players.
I also have to decorate today I have so many Halloween decorations its not even funny boxes and boxes. I may string the lights today and build the cemetery out front for the kids since every year I hand out candy to them. Not sure how many ill get but there are allot of kids around here so we shall see.
I picked up my stone slabs last night dirt cheap man only 8 dollars for 10 of them. I had a coupon and the lady gave it to me to reuse she is not supposed to but she was trying to do me a favor. I generally do not go to Home Depot so not even sure ill use it again but that is not bad cost wise.
Now today I can dig under the kennel place the stone slabs under the base then fill it back in with dirt no dog is getting thru anymore. I have to do this I have a lady who wants to sell me a couple chickens she has some interesting breeds gotta keep the little monster out of the coop. The thing is you learn as you go and well I never make the same mistake twice so ill fortify it today and hopefully wont ever have to worry about this again from ever happening.
I went out last night to get the slabs and also to Dunkin Donuts man I love that place the guy working there gave me extra donuts as a kind gesture not sure what it is lately but everyone wants to give me stuff lol. People out here are pretty cool its why I live here really.
Then I went to the casino last night drank a beer played this new slot I like its pretty fun has a giant wheel on it. They have a new waitress the dang girl wanted to see my ID. I mean come on folks do I look under 21 I mean fucking seriously my facial hair is white, hair is half gray, covered in tats and I am old. My friends say I look young but the only thing that makes me look younger is my sunglasses at night and my rings. But my skin and body is old we all got to get old sometime. I still hate that shit its such a hassle you are trying to tip this girl and she is asking for you to pull out your id while your holding your cigar, dollar bill etc its just rude is all.
I hate when people judge me on how I look its not older waitresses doing it its these young 21 year old chicks they do it all the time. You get a waitress my age she never will chick because its common sense but you get some young girl who says wait that guy is creepy or is gothed out so apparently that makes me under 21 or looking that way to her its dumb. We live in such a stereotypical type of society we really do. When my friend was pulled over by cops a week ago the cop completely rejected wanting to see my ID lol I probably knew him he looked familiar most folks around here know me. I do allot of estate sales, my website is heavily trafficked by locals and I am always out n about really.
But out of all the places I have resided people treat me around here with dignity and respect. When I lived back east or other parts of the country nobody ever did but here folks are pretty genuine and its a small place really so folks know me. My pharmacy knows me, doctors offices, people at the grocery store etc etc and that is why I live where I do because I can go anywhere and someone knows me or remembers me such as Dunkin Donuts or the tire shop etc.
I have to also clean my truck today, map out my trip and prep for football. I got such a busy weekend we have our consolation game tomorrow, lunch after and then Sunday is our investigation. Their wont be many dull moments but for now today I have much to do decorating, spraying, fortifying the coop, working on EVP from Belmont NV, getting gear together, laundry, phone calls to make, truck to clean up and the list goes on and on.
Trust me I will stay busy all day my friends. Its looking to be a great day though chilly though but clear out which might be a good thing because if not that will mean it will be super cold in Truckee when I go chilling up there this weekend. You guys would love Truckee its a nice cozy little town in the mountains where the railroad comes through and river its kind of surreal but they have some haunted historic sites so its not a bad little place to go in the Fall.
I ordered me new sunglasses today to they are red mirror tinted pretty bad ass very unique you guys know me and sunglasses I LOVE them lol. I also had to order new batteries for my cam all of them are going on me I use my cameras allot so nothing last period when it comes to me. Now I have to find a new GPS lost that damn thing up on cliffs during my hike with my kid two weeks ago up int he sierras because I slid down a snowy back into a creek and out it went good times indeed! It cost me as much to replace my stuff as it does to lose it I swear!
I watched the Orville last night I am growing to really love that series its not as funny as I thought it would be but it was funny that one of the pilots to the ship had his leg amputated because the AI on the ship decided to prank him lol. That was pretty epic really! He woke up fell on the floor did not realize in his sleep they took his leg lol.
I want to watch Star Trek discovery but the bastards are charging for it which sucks. I mean come on I have expensive satellite television I pay for these channel yet CBS wants me to subscribe just to watch that show what a dick fucking move. They should not make it so you have to subscribe since when did Star Trek become costly to watch grrrr the first episode was awesome too. The captain in that is from the Walking Dead she is a good actress.
Well I better get going my knee is doing better since my shot yesterday I got one more to go on the right knee and I might be pain free for a year which means I can play all the sports I want minus the fact my ankle needs reconstruction which I am evading right now I mean who wouldn’t! I hope everyone has a great day and weekend ill be here posting more later for now I need to eat breakfast so I can get my ass working around here. I want to write an article about the Vegas shooting and gun control on our news site but I may or may not have time but eventually that will be my next controversial article which you guys know I am good at getting people thinking.
