How To Stop Checking Your Phone Before Bed

Sleeping with your phone is still one those things we know we really shouldn't do, like having a cigarette when you drink or never flossing. But constantly checking your phone instead of sleeping is a legitimate problem that is quite literally ruining your life.

 

And sure, there are tons of articles and studies advising you to disconnect before bed but, at this point, most people are too broken for self help. If you're like me, you need somebody to take you by the hand and show you how to separate yourself to give your brain a chance to make dream juice. Even if it means going to extreme measures.
