As a way to thank local law enforcement, a group of Carson City friends are gathering the town for an appreciation rally Saturday, Oct. 1.Board of Supervisors trustee Lori Bagwell, P.J. Degross and Carol Howell are hosting the first We Love Our LEOs: Carson City Law Enforcement Officer Appreciation Rally Saturday afternoon.“A couple of girlfriends and I were talking and watching the things happening on TV everywhere and with Carl Howell and it just struck us to have an opportunity to show law enforcement we appreciate them,” Bagwell said. “And we bet the whole community want to as well.”The event  …
