The Burners are coming!That’s right, carloads of “Burners,” those zany counter-culturalists who flock to the Burning Man celebration each year for a week-long festival of offbeat art, games, music and radical self-expression, will soon be passing through Carson City on highways 50 and 95 en route to their 2016 wild, crazy and outlandish extravaganza.
