Three people were arrested Wednesday in relation to a counterfeit investigation in Carson City.The Carson City Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Nevada Division of Public Safety Investigation Division and the United States Secret Service, conducted an investigation into a currency ring in the Carson City area.Conrad Hilbmann, 21, of Reno; Lorrie Lockwood, 23, of Carson City; and Kathleen Lockwood, 22, of Carson City were all arrested in relation to the investigation. Officers seized more than $3,000 in counterfeit U.S. currency Wednesday after arresting the three suspects.Detectives arrested Hilbmann at the North Carson Street Days Inn motel around 12:15 p.m.  …
