Speak of Confederate soldiers buried within the cemetery their are a total of 6 of them with the last names of Campbell, Bennett, Futch, Hull, Tippins and Yelvington. When entering the cemetery upon seeing a few confederate flags you would mistaken the cemetery to be alot older but in reality its under a cemetery old in the heart of Ormond Beach. Even the front entrance is these huge Roth iron gates.

Based on some research their is at least a couple hundred burials here the problem is that their is not that many grave stones within the cemetery so we have to assume that many do not have grave stones. The cemetery has been rumored to be quite haunted and with the readings we got on our first investigation I do believe their are some energies within the cemetery. Half of it is very well lit while the other half is very dark. I believe when the cemetery was formed it was meant to have an old pioneer type of look and today it still does with old crooked trees throughout it.

The Baptist church was moved from its location on SR-40 and was donated to the city of Ormond Beach where it was saved. So many historical sites get torn down like this giant hotel that once sat near by the cemetery years ago that was rumored to be haunted. The church is now located on the river of the north west side of the Granada Bridge another haunted location we investigated.  One of the current owners is Gini Blume I am sure she has many stories to tell about this supernatural hotspot.
