On June 21st at 11pm Rob Carr was hit by a drunk driver on the way to the cemetery and was killed on impact. We were so close to entering into this cemetery for our second time and a life was lost leaving us in shock as we seen him take his last breath. The driver also almost hit us a matter of inches or a feet and we would not be here today to honor our dear friend. We pray he is in a better place and at peace. He was not just an investigator helping our group he was a friend. As we walked down the road we shared peach rings and talked but before we knew it he was no longer with us. Life is so short and its not ghost that hurt people its people that hurt people. We will always be in pain knowing a life was taken so young. Rob Carr worked in daycare and the place he worked at will dedicate the new playground to him. We also will be placing a cross and flowers near the roadside where he laid to rest that night. You must all love one another because life is precious and it is short. Over and over you replay this in your head and wonder if you stopped for the soda, parked elsewhere, listened to friends who said they got a bad feeling that night, or choosing a different path to walk there.

We pray that Rob is at peace and we will always remember the great time we had venturing into the Central Terminal Railroad Station as the dust fell on my head, or I kneeled in alot of mud, or the hole we found in the wall after we went the long way. I did not know Rob that well but we had talked on occasion and he wanted nothing more then to help our group out and help go on adventures. I will never forget how as we drove to this cemetery how we were making plans to go to the haunted fort in Canada and how excited he was that I added him to the team page the night we met. I will never forget how we talked about wrestling them demon dogs that are said to roam behind Goodleburg Cemetery. This was one of his favorite places to always visit because he liked dark and scary places.  We must never forget him for the help he has given us and the friend he was to us all. I know he would want us to still keep enjoying what we do which is adventuring and looking for the unknown. My condolences will always go to his family and friends that were close to him. I am so sorry that this had to happen Rob is a good kid and I hope that his journeys will continue in the afterlife.

Below I have posted the course of events that have occurred this is to show others what has occurred, what we have have tried to do, and what we had on our news page. We have put a memorial on our site for Rob in 2 different places on our site and we will donate the next portal of adventures to him. Our organization cares about its members and we think of each one of them as family then to lose someone like this really hits hard no matter whether they are a member or friend they still are part of our family.

1.There will be no investigations for the next 14 days. Robert Carr was killed 8/21 at 11pm. At this point we were walking to the cemetery to get some photos and the truck came inches from me and unfortunately struck rob. He was a friend not just an investigator and if anybody has any information about a dark/purplish dodge truck with a missing passenger mirror, and damage to the front of the vehicle on the passenger side please call the state police 716- 941-9300. The vehicle was heading down hunters creek road and purposely drove on the shoulder of the road please pray that justice will be served. We will be making a cross and memorial on hunters creek road and a little something on this site for him. Please keep his family in your thought for now things are going to slow down because this has been a very sad and difficult day for Mark, Jason and myself. From now on investigations will not be listed i will just say cemetery, house, no information till after the investigation occurs.

Road Visit & Placing Of The Cross & Flowers

Sunday most likely afternoon time at hunters creek road and Goodleburg road corner.

We made the road visit Sunday June 28th this was pretty difficult for all of us but the cross, a vase, a card, flowers, a memorial wreath were all put there. We do hope that others will visit the site and pay there respects. If you do go make sure you park off the road cars speed out there faster then usual. We do know rob is alright in spirit we took some photos for the site of the cross that was designed and made for him and we did not use a flash and it was cloudy and the entire cross was glowing in blue along with a orb on video traveling all around us.I guess this was his way to let us know that he liked the memorial and that he will always be with us in spirit. So in a way even though it was hard to visit the road it also was a moment where all of us could feel some peace in our hearts. We would like to thank those for the donations received, helped to make this possible and of course we pray that the family will be ok over the course of time.

Other Announcements

October 16th: We went back to do a dedication investigation to Rob since he loved spending time here. We had more success then anybody who ever visited their as an apparition was seen crossing the road, we filmed multiple ectoplasm shots including one of a ghostly Indian, we video taped a live apparition crossing in front of the camera, moving orbs on night vision camera we got the tape. Their was moving cold spots and we captured many different phenomena on film including an apparition on the tree and on the wall. We went up their to finish the investigation we started the night of the accident. The good news is that the investigation went well and safe and we learned a safer way to the cemetery and a safer way to walk which should help other people who visit here in the future. We wanted to bring you a nice story to show you why Rob loved this place and this is why we returned here even though we said we may never because of the tragedy but we did and it went very smooth and well. www.paranormalghostsociety.org/goodleburg3.htm  it was hard back then visiting here knowing what happened. I did not want our group or even myself to live in fear so it was important to revisit this place.

Court Trials

October 2nd  2003was the pretrial the lady that did this pleased innocent despite all the evidence against her including myself who seen the accident. Court will continue over time and when justice is served it will be listed here to let other drunk drivers know you cannot get away from the law. Take responsibility.

October 2004: I revisited NY after my move to FL to submit a statement to the jury. The case was resolved and I did not have to go in front of the court.  I do want to thank the police officers though they were a big help in the case and were pretty cool when I went up there to revisit NY and one of them gave me a ride to the airport so I wouldn't have to take a shuttle.

Trial Outcome

Debra Saddleson was sentenced to 7 months in prison and fines. I was very displeased by this no fine could ever bring back Robert Carr. Certainly 7 months is never going to fix what was done or the injustice of a grown adult being so negligent. She has not had any remorse whatsoever.  What upsets me is the fact that she did not effect one life but many lives...the family of the victim...his friends...his fans....and even us. We have to live with the vision for the rest of our lives two of my team members have nightmares still years later. I have to face heat from hate groups that laugh at this tragedy for example www.uer.ca who make a mockery about it.  Now this person runs free they live there lives as a free citizen despite how many lives were effected. One reason I despise the government is because our law system is not always fair for example some lady shoplifts to feed her kid goes to jail a month...breaks probation because she leaves the county for a doctors appointment...goes to jail almost a year no deaths no lives really effected. Now some lady drinks and drives hits my friend keeps going...shuts her lights off to elude the scene....has no remorse whatsoever who do you think should get more jail time?  Its like the story goes...some man in NY drinks kills an old lady crossing the road that guy gets 5 years yet a woman hits kills our friend who is 19 has his whole life ahead of them gets 7 months perhaps even less on good behavior so you tell me that our government is a just one because its not!
