Tonight's investigation did prove to be one of our more interesting nights. I first off want to thank Sam for coming on out with us to investigate things are really starting to come together for our group here. Tonight started off with it raining very hard but
that's the story of this winter either its snowing or sleeting but no matter we really were excited about checking out the North Grain elevators and
Elmlawn cemetery.
We entered into part of the North grain elevators which seemed to be a 6 to 8 floor building with a couple silos attached. The bottom floor we entered was the basement which was covered in water and ice pretty much was like skating on a ice rink. The elevators have been abandoned for years they tend to give off a very
foreboding vibe. The first 3 floors we went up seemed to be non active accept that
Pete's Emf Detector did go off on the second floor stairwell briefly like something rushed past us. The higher up we went the more active the place had become. When we got towards the top we had 2 shafts that led into the silos. The first shaft seemed quiet but the other shaft Pete mentioned how uneasy he felt I understood why and what he meant by it. I seemed to hear voices it sounded like a man talking in the shaft It almost felt as if I got a blast of wind in my face when I spent some time looking down the Shaft. But I also heard walking and lots of movement. Keep in mind there
honestly is not a way for a person to get into the shaft unless they jumped or climbed into it so the activity that
occurred was most likely ghostly in nature. Grain elevators were a key to Buffalo's Development they are old, a piece of history and you have to consider how many fell to there death or were murdered and dumped in them. On our descent back down Pete had mentioned seeing something in one of the rooms. I stood there for a few seconds and again heard faint voices hard to make out but I am 100 percent positive that what I was hearing was 2 voices below us and we did check the room below and I did check my digital and that room had a really nice ghost photo so the voices probably were in relation to the photo I got there. I did get some good ghostly photos on my digital so I am very pleased. We then made our way to another building and grain silo and tripped a motion sensor it really made our night more interesting since we had to cut our investigation here short but it happens however we were lucky enough to be able to get some photos. It was very interesting
a lot like the grain elevators we investigated near the Aquarama.
All in all it was a good investigation we got 2 places done both places had activity and just looking at the digital photos i took both places have ghost or some sort of phenomena. It was a great first investigation for Sam with our group and we will in the future visit both places again. I will try and get the photos
ASAP as i can developed. The digitals came out pretty promising so I know our others have as well.

I am posting the report for Sam I will be posting the reports and photos on
the web page in the next day or 2 when I can make the graphics, pages etc his
report is exactly what happened last night.
Hi Sam here and this is a quick report about my first investigation with Rick
and Pete. I'm new at this, so it will be a brief one.
North Grain Elevators
It started out raining on saturday night. When we got there we entered
through the side of the building . There was water and ice everywhere. there
was not much to look at here so we went up the stair well . On the way up
Pete's EMF meter went off and both Rick and Pete said that they were starting
to feel something. We stopped on o few floors to take Pics and continued up
to the top. While looking around I started to get and uneasy feeling and then
we started to hear a mans voice. It was coming from one of the two silos
that were attached to the top of the stairs where we were. We looked around
and listened a bit more and we heard the mans voice again. And what sounded
like someone walking around. On our way down we continued to feel things
around us and stopped to take a few more Pics. We went out side and around
the building to get to another part of the building and tripped an alarm .So
this ended our investigation at the grain mills. I'm really mad at my self for
not being able to find my camera and i had to use a video camera instead.
Next time I will make sure to bring a camera or two.

If you've read Rick and Sam's reports from last night, they've
covered it all. The grain elevators were very interesting. They
were not as old as I had hoped, probably only late 40s, maybe early
50s. Still, there was some activity. I definitely felt a presence
while there. I felt absolutely nothing until we reached the very top
floor. There were two "windows" of sorts, leading into shafts going
down. A noise attracted me to one, I walked over, leaned in, and
looked down. At that point I was suddenly uncomfortable. I no
longer felt at ease, I almost felt doomed. It was an intense feeling
I will not soon forget. Then we tried to venture into the other area
of the elevator complex and were cut short by an alarm.
