Monday which is an abnormal day for a paranormal investigation we set off towards Daytona to investigate the old Tuscawilla Park. This was not a big investigation as with the price of gas going up things been very rough for us traveling but nonetheless we always manage to pull off a nice adventure.
 
This park I have had my eye on for a couple years now and finally was able to get out here to check it out. Its a pretty strange place and you will find out more in our prologue write up down the road.  Anyhow we set off fairly late almost 1am and took our time within the park and so our investigation begins here.
 
Tuscawilla Park
 
We parked near a wood bridge and entered near some woods. Right away I could feel the energy within the park. I felt like we were being watched entering here. Even though this is a city park the area has a lot of brush, woods, and nature.
 
We got a few hundred feet in the park and to our left we heard walking. We also heard a branch break really crisp and then it just stopped and there was dead silence. I felt like right away we were noticed.
 
We walked deeper into the park and followed a little trail where we seen a few wood benches and a series of stones. Actually there was quite a lot of large coquina stones throughout the park but some of the stones were marked for Frisbees golf every so many feet.
 
We walked in this little area of woods and there was a hidden wood bench if I ever felt watched this would be the place the question is who or what was watching us.  There was parts that were dark here and my concern was homeless people or someone not so nice hiding out since it is a city park.
 
We ended up walking to a lit area and I believe there was the museum and planetarium which is in the park itself but we did not investigate it this time around. We took a turn and ended up near a picnic shelter with all kinds of bulletins we felt a sigh of relief compared to the woods area.
 
We ended up walking near some trenched and started to head out towards the main road and entrance. Ariel looked back and seen a figure all black move behind us. The figure was not even fully manifested she said. She only seen part of the body such as torso and shoulders. I did look back and thought I seen something moving behind us as well. Once we noticed it the being no longer showed itself again.
 
Now the trenches normally are suppose to be small creeks but it appears that were in a dry season so we were able to cross them without having to use the bridges. We did get a EMF reading near one of the bridges.
 
As we arrived towards the front entrance there was a major cold spot and it was contained to about a 5 foot area which was our first of the night. We took some photos in front of the park of these giant stone weights. They were just about as tall as me do not know if they are historic in significance to the area but they were pretty beat up and interesting.
 
We spent sometime after this heading through the park to the playground area. One of the swings was broke and it was almost to quiet. At this point we already seen way off in the distance many cops pass the park. I would assume they watch it due to all the rapes that have taken place here maybe even murders in the past.
 
There was on a bench some Macdonald's and on another table a box with a can inside of it. We cut through the park and went up  a dark road which lead us to a giant pond and two more giant coquina weights. More or less this area had a lot of giant coquina stones and we even found some concrete foundation of some kind maybe a bench, rest area, or part of some other structure.
 
We started too cut into the woods which came out to a veterans monument which was fairly large in size. It had giant columns, an eagle on top and was cracked from the age. This area had some major cold spot activity not sure if it was cause we were about to leave or because it was a significant area.
 
We wrapped up the investigation and just got into the truck when a cop pulled into the park shining his spotlight. Its amazing how long first off it took the cop to respond talk about delayed reaction but it also in my opinion was a waste of his time to investigate a few camera flashes. We left and it turned out to be a good night.
 
In conclusion I wish we had more people to go with us it would be a lot safer and we could spread out more to cover area. The park was about 90 acres and we covered most of it but I still felt like we were missing more here. Perhaps sometime we will return for another investigation.
