Last time I visited here was last November it was with a new investigator named Tammy. I remember how alert we were cause of all the activity.   I was not visiting here however for ghost photos after all I captured lots of ghost my first time here. I know they are their they know what I am their for so their was no real reason to investigate but rather to just follow up on things.   I walked up into the hallway of the house however this time the entire home was locked very tightly and now alarmed. I do kick myself in the ass cause the first time we visited the entire house was wide open but I did not go inside cause we just had a hell of a night.   But this time it seemed like their was progress with the restoration. I walked up onto the porch and one of the bedrooms had a painting, antique furniture and carpeting as well as some artifacts. The other windows had wood shutters so I was not able to see in them.   The porch no longer had its chairs their was rather benches or what looked like pews set up perhaps cause people who visit here get a historical lesson on the porch and can sit facing one way while listening to the guide.   The sign for the house had been moved leaning against a tree and some of the old artifacts sitting on the grounds were removed like all the wood barrels or wicker furniture. Their was also an old shed which was missing so lots of changes here.   I tried to take some EVP recordings here I do not know if any ghostly voices from the beyond will speak up but I wanted to attempt to capture voice rather then pictures for this investigation. Plus I wanted Jason to see this place I think people should its a real historical and world of its own.   We also visited the Citrus Packing House which was locked up and not restored cause we looked inside it was dusty and empty. This place always has a feeling watched type of ordeal no matter what side you walk around on it. Their were a few patch cold spots back near this house as well.   I had taken a few photos not many and we did not stay long cause our lights were exhausted. Their are a few roads leading out of here but only one led back to the car. Because our lights were so dim we started to take the wrong road luckily I left something behind and we turned back maybe it happened for a reason cause we found the path to the car we were supposed to take. If we did not we would have been without any light in the middle of the woods with no only a light and camera flash.   I once again failed to find the Snow Whites Cottage its possible it no longer exist or we just somehow are missing it. But we had no choice but to head back to the car cause walking in the woods blind here can be deadly. We did make it back to the car and drove down the long woodsy road back to civilization. I did study the EVP when I had gotten home their appears to be some footsteps on the porch and some tapping near by it is not us but its so undefined that until I get a better recorder Its not worth adding to our EVP page.   In conclusion to last night's investigation I do not think your going to see a lot of paranormal photos. But it sure was a strange night all around not so much with paranormal activity but just the things we encounter.   I mean if you look at all we face every time we go out investigating it truly is amazing. Like last night we had to overcome spiders that attacked, a man in the middle of the woods at 4am, something following us threw the woods, a unstable pier, our lights running out in the middle of nowhere etc being a paranormal investigator means not just dealing with things that go bump in the night its also dealing with the surroundings and obstacles you face as you go along.   I think that Edgewater Cemetery, Sea Pines Cemetery, The Spruce Creek Preserve and Gamble Place all have much more that remains to be seen. Whether we visit the Gamble Place for a third time I really cannot say some investigations we end up closing or ending cause all our questions are answered while other places may not have ever an answer to its mystery. But all in all we had a great night of investigating and I would not miss it for the world. Peace   PGS Founder Rick
