Above is a video taken not to far from the Colonial Spanish Quarter. It loops if you missed it the first time around. As you can see the streets are very dim and narrow. To cut down on the video size I have decreased its size, quality, and frame speed a little bit. This is still part of downtown not to far away from where we captured some nice ghostly photos.
