Pete and I had a pretty good meeting tonight about some future events we got some pretty nice things in store for the future of our group. I am disappointed more did not show we had a very mild investigation as well and what a beautiful night it was to get on out there and explore the fields. We do not have much history to area although this field, woods, tracks seem to show interesting impressions of the past. We started off by walking behind a very large building it was very dark made me feel like anybody could be hiding back there amazingly past that building was a car going in circles over and over. We got past that and ran into the woods startled by a deer dashing away. I was surprised to see deer in the city like this. The woods had a lot of trails although they were heavily polluted, damaged and just a few feet walking into them we found burnt wood, places where kids would hang out, and a variety of cards completely burnt which most likely were stolen then ignited. The cars alone I found sort of creepy just sitting there staring at you back sitting there probably for years. Pete showed me some train tracks that dipped down under water therefore we knew the area was very old. We walked down the tracks I grabbed some photos along the way then turned back to another section that had 2 fresh train cars all fenced in with brand new fencing it was odd not paranormal though but just gives you an idea some of the things we encounter on our adventures. We then walked up a few streets and came from the other side of the field we wanted to explore more of the woods Pete showed me some open areas where there could have been some houses or a factory and we did find much evidence of concrete blocks, foundation blocks, Ect in the area some old wood as well.  So which means the land has some history to it which often carries many ghost of the past. Also in the woods was a headstone, cross, flowers someone buried there kitty back there and made a memorial for it therefore the same respect we both agreed must be given as with any deceased human. We walked to an area again with some very old cars abandoned and then we smelled a skunk and I seen another deer but it was startling how it just jumped up. Then a few minutes later Pete seen a set of eyes low to the ground staring at him of course its an animal but that just means it was not a very shy one if it was looking at him. We walked a little ways on some concrete flooring towards a fence and found the body of a skunk along with its inners 20 feet away in a way it gave you that gory effect anything that goes after a skunk must be pretty untamed. As we got away from the horrible smell i started to smell a sweet pleasant smell of jasmine possible cedar granted there are houses in the area but there was no wind out and the smell was very strong dead center of the woods as we got closer to houses the smell faded so maybe the smell we both smelt was brought to us as a gift. We also noticed a icy cold spot Pete said something and I felt it to like something flew past us real quick again keep in mind ghost travel 100s of times quicker then the human eye so you only will get a cold rush most of the time. I felt watched towards the end and I thought I heard the noise of running, and a voice most likely its some kids since there is a lot of paint ball war forts set up in the area. We then headed out of the fields and concluded our investigations. We were very thorough with tonight's investigation took our time, explored much of the history that was left behind, stayed pretty focused. I can say that we did not experience a lot of paranormal activity but it was a great night for focusing and being out there looking around. I also feel that there is some level of ghost activity there although minor i still could feel something back in certain areas it could be a number of things perhaps where one foundation a house once stood and now all that haunts it is the left over energy of the past. But all in all we had fun and hopefully something felt comfortable enough to show itself on film.
