This is a daytime tour of the Loganbill Ranch and our first exploration of the grounds. There are roughly 6 to 7 structures on the property surrounded by mountains and vast pastures that are overgrown. Little did I know that this place would turn into one of the most haunted ranches in my career as we give our viewers this Thanksgiving 2011 event!	It didn't take long to figure out that the ranch has major activity. EMF/Gauss is the most used tool used by our group. There is no power running to the ranch anymore however ghost can often give off high electric magnetic frequencies which is how we measure them on an investigation. These first signs would wow us to come back at nightfall for a second investigation which would go off the charts.

The activity would continue throughout the first investigation particularly in this collapsed building that contains an old washer and tools. The EMF eventually would cease however a second investigation here revealed similar readouts at night surrounding these old relics of the past.	It was apparent that nobody had been in the homestead in years as rat droppings and dust covered everything. Join us in this very first look into the ranch house as I give our viewers a brief tour. By the time I was done filming this the air had grown very heavy here and it was so ice cold within the home. I knew at this point I was not alone that something was also in the house with me.

We have just arrived for our second investigation very late at night. It didn't take long for us to began collecting readings. It as if the unseen are guiding us to where we need to go which would be the guesthouse one of the most active areas on the ranch. This guesthouse has three beds, two TVs, two dressers and signs that it was well used at one time by its ranch hands.	The activity in the guesthouse is above normal levels as a matter in fact when I mention the couples names our readings continue to climb. Kyle and I also hear something moving around outside the window of the house. It was apparent at this point that we were not alone that the property is haunted particularly around the bed just as during the daytime tour on investigation One.

Although the barn was very active more so we could hear many animals surrounding it. I heard cattle, owls, hawks, raccoons and coyotes all around the same time standing in here. Also the barn was filled with hundreds of bullet holes as if someone used this structure for target practice.	There are two clips attached in this video one is taken during the day on investigation 1 when I entered the door. The second one is taken 48 hours later at night when we approached the very same door and found it wired shut. Notice how startled and spooked I sound. I am extremely meticulous about everything so I knew that either someone had been here or it was good ole Roy that locked it on up. All that is in this building is a beat up basketball hoop and some rotted wood caused by the roof collapsing. It was obvious nobody had been at this ranch in years so something was going on who or what was the question!

It was obvious we had more questions then answers to all of this. The activity is continuing to grow beyond normal levels of any haunted experienced. We felt very ill, watched and uncomfortable in this structure. I was trying to theorized on who or what wired the door shut considering we were here 48 hours prior to our night investigation. Kyle did not like this place and if you view part 8 you can sort of figure on out why!	We had climbed into this collapsed building where Kyle had discovered some bones and some stool of possibly a pretty large cat. We were in the lions den however what is obvious is that on investigation 1 during the day we experienced high activity here just as we did during our second investigation at night. I have an audio recording of Kyle asking Gladys if this is her first washer that is when the EMF sky rockets. So all sorts of little things are going on as investigation two intensifies.

Kyle and I continue to hear coyotes nearby they are close and a very large pack of them. Currently we are standing in the pantry house which contains tools, books and canned fruit. The EMF readings continued here for over 3 minutes nonstop as opposed to our first investigation where they did not. The fruit is moldy and has been here for years. It would seem that maybe the entities feel a bit nervous that we are there as if they are thinking we are taking there food however when they realized we were not the readings eventually died down to a minimal. They would grow again once we entered the main ranch house!	It didn't take to long to figure out that the homestead is haunted. On investigation 1 I lost my EMF detector so I didn't get a chance to take any readings till now. During the night hours the house is ten times more spooky as rats rustle around and harmful dust is flowing all around us. This is our night tour of the Loganbill Ranch homestead. We had to wear mask to take precautions here not to get any diseases caused by all the rat droppings and bacteria.

We spent most of our time working with Gladys who lived out her days in this house. Today her dresses can still be seen remaining hung on her shower rod just as other relics left behind such as books etc. The EMF readings continued to climb each time we worked with her and communicated. This is a TRUE haunting!	This is my opinion is the most active area or rather eerie location within the ranch house. The loft is a narrow steep wooden stairwell that leads to a very narrow room with a chair in the middle of it with a book left wide open on top of it. The readings here were extremely high we also felt watched. There is a rats nest towards the back of the room and just as investigation 1 the coldness here continues to escalate near the stairwell leading from the loft.

The origin of activity seems to revolve around the steep wooden stairwell leading to and from the attic. In this clip Kyle talks about it further and demonstrates this fact. The readings are strongest when he points it towards the stairs then when he moves it away they continue to decrease. This truly is an amazing video and shows our viewers a bit of how we conduct our investigations.	We are wrapping up our investigation so real quickly I interview Kyle who was on board with us on his take on the ranch. He mentioned it being as eerie as it is active and I have to say I agree with him. The ranch is very strange, dismal and we have assessed that Gladys and Roy never left even after death. Which is the case with most farm houses across the country whom were settled in for many years.
