Construction updates for July 31-Aug 6. Spear, Telegraph and Proctor streets will be closed all week on the east side to Plaza Street and on the west side to Curry Street.Washington Street will be closed on the west side to Curry Street on Wednesday. Carson Street will be closed between Washington and Musser streets Thursday through Saturday. Sophia Street will be closed on the east side to Plaza Street on Saturday.  …
