Take a look inside the latest SFX magazine with our rundown of the new issue

Yautja warrior Dek and Weyland-Yutani synthetic Thia are on the cover of SFX issue 396 (click here to get a better look at that).

Don't forget: if you live in the UK you can use this tool to find a stockist near you. Or you can order a copy online.

Fifteen years on from the last Tron movie, there’s finally a follow-up. We visit the set in Vancouver and speak to director Joachim Rønning and producer Justin Springer about bringing Light Cycles into the real world – as well as Steven Lisberger, writer/director of the original 1982 movie.

In this horror from Jordan Peele’s production company, an up-and-coming American football player is taken under the wing of a veteran quarterback, and discovers the dark secret behind his success... Director Justin Tipping tells us more.

The superpowered students of Godolkin University School of Crimefighting are back soon for a second season of the spinoff from The Boys – and there’s a new Dean in charge. We talk tentacled anuses (as you do) with Eric Kripke.

Back on 4 September 1975, the staff of Moonbase Alpha were sent spinning out of the Solar System as an explosion propelled the Moon from Earth’s orbit. We celebrate 50 years of the series by speaking to Gerry and Sylvia Anderson’s son, Jamie.

But that’s not all, features-wise! We also look back at Stranger Things season three and interview The Witcher author Andrzej Sapkowski, while Stephen Baxter completes our author questionnaire.

Red Alert

Sylvester McCoy and Sophie Aldred as the Seventh Doctor and Ace.

And the big features are just the tip of the iceberg! As ever, our news section, Red Alert, is crammed with insights into yet more movies, TV shows, comics and books.
