Removing USS Roosevelt captain was reckless

Citing "extremely poor judgement," acting Navy Secretary Thomas Modly on Thursday foolishly removed the commanding officer of the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt, Capt. Brett Crozier, from his post.
