With plans underway to create a new, walkable and bicycle-friends downtown, Carson City’s business development manager is planning to present about raising the bar at the next Chamber of Commerce Soup’s On! luncheon. Michael Salogga will talk about raising the bar on anything and everything in Carson City at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 24 at the Gold Dust West.
