Boris Johnson in ICU, Raab deputized to step in as needed

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has deputized Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab to step in as leader as necessary after Johnson was moved to an intensive care unit after contracting the Covid-19 coronavirus. CNN's Max Foster reports.
