A man authorities believe is the Bandaged Bandit, who robbed a Stateline bank on June 29, is in custody in El Dorado County.On Monday, El Dorado County Sheriff’s investigators responded to a report of a bank robbery at the U.S. Bank in El Dorado Hills.The man allegedly fled into a wooded area next to the bank. David Jarrell, 22, of El Dorado Hills, was found in a creek and surrendered to a sheriff’s K-9 unit.El Dorado County crime scene investigators and members of the dive team recovered evidence from the robbery, according to the sheriff’s office.A search of Jarrell’s home  …
