Carson City’s Vintage doesn’t meet deadline for next Planning Commission meeting





















The deadline came and went Thursday and developers of a proposed development on Andersen Ranch didn’t submit its tentative map to the city for approval, according to the Carson City planning department. Vintage at Kings Canyon is an over-55 community including assisted and independent living facilities, clubhouse and about 200 cottages and single-family houses. The first phase would be built on about 20 acres of the ranch adjacent to Mountain Street.
