The Carson City District Attorney’s Office said Thursday one of its own has received national recognition for her services with victim assistance.Frankee Haynes, Carson City Victim Services administrator, was certified by the National Organization for Victim Assistance as an Advanced National Victim Advocate, one of the highest recognitions achieved within the organization.
