Colleen Dulin is the new Carson City District, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Associate District Manager. She was previously the Assistant Field Manager at the BLM Eagle Lake Field Office in Susanville, Calif. Dulin was also the northeastern California Assessment Inventory Monitoring program coordinator and field office budget manager.She began her career with the BLM in 2003, where Dulin worked as a hydrologist and soils scientist for the Medford District in southern Oregon.
