Cardi B complainant ordered to pay her legal fees after suing for use of his back tattoo

Kevin Brophy filed a lawsuit against Cardi B for using an image of his back tattoo on the cover of a mixtape. After he lost the suit, he filed to overturn the verdict, and lost again.
