All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.Carson CityTUESDAYAt 9:06 a.m., a 47-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear traffic after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Arrowhead and Bowers. Bail was set at $858.At 8:32 p.m., Clinton Page, 22, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony preventing a witness from reporting a crime, domestic battery and violation of bail conditions near the 800 block of Colorado Street.
