Angered by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's (MBS) stonewalling of his reported role in the murder and dismembering of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi, Biden labeled Saudi Arabia a "pariah" and promised a recalibration of US-Saudi relations.
