The Carson City Convention and Visitors Bureau is celebrating a multi-page article in Bike Magazine’s May edition extolling the virtues not only of mountain biking in the capital but showcasing Carson as a destination.“It really taps into the success of the entire rebranding effort,” said Joel Dunn executive director of the CCCVB. He credited Epic Rides, which will descend on western Nevada in June, for drawing the attention not only of Bike Magazine but, he said, four biking magazines that have come up to ride western Nevada trails.“It’s talking about Carson City as a destination for mountain biking,” he said. …
