The edible operation is the latest twisted creation from The Food Surgeon, the same YouTuber who brought us "Reese's Peanut-Butter-Ectomy with Oreo Cream Transplant."
The Food Surgeon is quite meticulous in their work, as the video above shows, but we're going to break this madness down into two easy phases.
Phase One: Remove the guts.
Phase Two: Insert Kit Kat.
The Food Surgeon stitches up the 3 Musketeers bar with its own chocolate coating and bites the helpless patient candy. Gruesome, really.
