As FX's "The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story" continues to bask in the glow of overwhelming praise, the show's producers have already pivoted to working on the anthology's next installment: a Hurricane Katrina tale that will be a fairly major departure from their retelling of the trial of the century.
