The decision by Sen. Elizabeth Warren to unveil her Medicare for All plan left little doubt that health care will likely be the single most important policy issue facing Americans in 2020. And while much of the political narrative will focus on how the election represents a referendum on President Donald Trump, Sen. Warren decided to listen to polls and make health care reform a central theme of her campaign.
