A western Nevada woman who died recently has left the Nevada Area Council, Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Nevada and the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital each a check for $121,000 in her estate.Esther Schwarzer passed away at age 94, she had no living relatives. She asked her guardian, Cole Smith of Sierra Nevada Realty Group in Minden, to include the donations in her trust.Cassandra Jones of Heritage Law Group in Minden helped put together the necessary documents to make the donations.“I got to know them pretty well,” Smith said. “When her husband passed away, she had nobody, no children, no  …
