Come out and enjoy a day full of health and educational resources for all age groups.Healthy Families, Healthy Communities Health Fair will include free wellness screenings, early intervention screenings, health and community resources, fun activities, prizes, snack foods and much much more!Healthy Families, Healthy Communities Health Fair is a free event which will take place on Aug. 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 pm. at Lattin Farms, 1955 Mclean Road.
