The Carson City Planning Commission recommended a master plan amendment and tentative planned unit development for the Vintage at Kings Canyon development project on Carson City’s west side during a special meeting Thursday night at the Bob Boldrick Theater inside the Carson City Community Center. The meeting which started at 5 p.m. lasted nearly 6 hours. Due to the length of the meeting, a full story will appear online at nevadaappeal.com today and in Saturday’s Nevada Appeal.  …
