Spider-Man has been the face of Marvel Comics for the past half-century, and although other characters and teams like Iron Man, the Avengers, and the X-Men have nipped at his heels popularity-wise, Spider-Man is still Marvel's de facto flagship property.

Amazing Spider-Man just dove headlong into the 'Chameleon Conspiracy' arc, featuring a newly-freed Chameleon organizing a new crew comprised of the Foreigner, Chance, and Jack O'Lantern to attempt what Marvel calls the biggest scheme in his life.

And after that, Kingpin and a bunch of other Spider-villains are spinning off into a mini-event of their own - Sinister War, a civil war of Spider-Man villains.

Meanwhile, Marvel's other Spider-Man, Miles Morales, continues in writer Saladin Ahmed's run - with the Ultimate universe refugee still trying to come to grips with his new reality.

Meanwhile, former Spider-Man writer Chip Zdarsky returns for a deep dive into 'What If...?' terriitory with Spider-Man: Spider's Shadow. This series with artist Pasqual Ferry imagines what if Peter Parker didn't give up the Venom symbiote and continued to use it as Spider-Man.

And that's not to mention the numerous collections coming out at almost a weekly clip, putting recent arcs all in one place and, in some cases, bringing back in print storylines that haven't been available for years.
