Subj: [ParanormalFlorida] Last Night's Investigation Report Date: 4/10/2005 1:25:48 PM Eastern Daylight Time From: AngelOfThyNight@aol.com To: ParanormalBuffalo@yahoogroups.com, paranormalghostsociety@yahoogroups.com, Paranormalflorida@yahoogroups.com, ParanormalGhostSociety@groups.msn.com CC: rasolas@gmail.com, parapackboy@hotmail.com Last night was another crazy investigation but one thing I have to say is we sure had alot of fun. What turned into a very light investigation actually turned into quite the adventure as we visited DeLand Pentecostal Holiness Cemetery and Tiger Bay. I had us start off the cemetery just to get warmed up for our journey deep in the woods. Last night Lee, Chris, Aaron and myself set out about 10pm and so our adventure begins here. DeLand Pentecostal Holiness Cemetery This was the final cemetery in DeLand left to investigate so now I can actually say I been to them all so just a little personal milestone for our group. I never knew about the cemetery till recently because it is not visible from the road. Eventually when we found the location we drove fairly far back and behind the church where I seen a few graves off in a dark patch of woods. We right away visited a few graves which appeared to be new I could not see many older graves most are from the 1990s. So the cemetery in my opinion was not very old but the trees were very old so that told me the grounds themself perhaps had some significance. We walked further back and their was alot of high brush on the north and western side of the cemetery. The north side had a trail but it was very overgrown. Their was a real odd coldness off and on in this cemetery. You could actually feel the movement and perhaps because the cemetery was so small that really where would a ghost go. We all felt roughly one presence here although not strong it was making itself obvious. Chris pointed out to me he seen a moving shadow here it was towards the back of the cemetery and moments before that we were walking only to hear footsteps behind us. When we stopped so did they. I had a strong feeling something was up in the tree and I seen it in the flash it seemed to have a green energy about it which is fairly rare on our investigations to find an entity with this color. We walked probably back and forth in this cemetery five times. It was peaceful but at times I could hear some amount of movement close by. I got the impression that whatever was hear may have been trying to get our attention but whenever we noticed it then it would stop for awhile. Their was only about thirty grave stones here and of course we had to weed out orbs because lots of fireflies were flying around the gravestones. We finished off the investigation on the church grounds and front side. I did not take alot of photos just walked around to the front of the church and down this dark hallway which at first I thought I seen a figure but it turned out to be a closed picnic umbrella. So you see investigating thoroughly is always important. I then went up to the wood cross and had my photo taken lol no comment. Then we headed on back to the car where I felt fairly watched from the cemetery. The cemetery was a nice find and we hope to return next year to it to maybe get some EVP. We then journeyed on off to Tiger Bay. |
