This background noise you hear sounds almost like a heartbeat, tapping or even drum. I would have to assume as a paranormal investigator that since their was no such sounds in this cemetery that this might be a form of residual energy!

What this sounds like to be is heavy heavy interference of some kind but if you can listen careful you can also hear mumbling/talking. This evp comes pretty close to some level of eeriness.  It just an odd noise pick up and very irregular to the rest of my recordings!
