I had specific directions to the furnace located here once again Adam would not follow them but the directions tell me to take a certain trail along the road near the bend etc etc he said no I been here a million times so I said will see.
 
They stopped at the bridge and I asked him about the tunnel he said their is no tunnel well when we hiked down along the bridge their it was a stone tunnel. The snow covered everything visibility was almost none. My camera was not working I could not take any photos accept with one of my already broken cameras.
 
He had us go up the road then turn around and try going over the guard rail. Do you know what is over the guard rail? A Steep descent over a cliff and into a rushing gorge you fall in you go over YOU DIE!! Well since he knows the area so well I decided to let him lead the way my shoes gave away on an ice patch I started sliding towards the cliff I hugged a tree that was it for me. If I missed my grip on the tree I would have not been here today. Mr Adam's carelessness almost costs my life because he said the furnace was next to the gorge. Yet he talked about the risk of getting arrested at Graystone when fortunately I would rather sit in jail for trespassing over night then be dead in a gorge thank you buddy you care about my sons and my life.
 
This is exactly what I was talking about and again your friends and everybody on my forums is going to know that your carelessness almost got me killed because you claimed to have been to this area 20 times yet you could not even find safety for me to hike at looks like my directions were the right ones thanks for giving it a go champ.
 
Am I pissed well as the leader when people do not follow my accurate research and safety protocols people do get hurt and they lose their life. Do I have a right to ban both of these men from my team and from our site yes I do they put my life at risk and that to me is something I never did to either of them.
 
They asked if there was anything else after that point I just wanted to go back to Adams place gather my gear take a nap and get going to NYC in the morning. He goes around the web saying how he wants to murder me but that is what it would have been if I fell into that gorge think pal real hard!!!
 
Anyhow we arrived back at Adam's place Andrews driving was Shi%$#y in my opinion he kept saying ewww this is fun Mr army brat I guess thinks because he drove a hummer that now he is the number 1 Jersey snow driver lol.
 
I took a nap woke up was not offered a shower real hospitality here man. No shower in 6 days almost not cool to get on a plane like that forget my chance of getting the flight attendants panties on my bed post she probably thought is this a homeless guy beside the fact I had a big knot on my face and hair not combed in a week.
 
We left in the morning Adam's parents are very nice people his mom had his lunch ready for work, his laundry folded and done, his dad had his car iced off and warmed up must be nice to have it made. But where I come from we earn our keep and brother you did not earn your keep sure you hiked you were a body that read directions out of a book and out of my stack of printed directions nothing MORE!!
 
That morning we headed on off to Liberty Island to view the Statue of Liberty.
