The brown home which is probably one of the oldest houses in the Lancaster NY area tends to fascinate me every time. One of our investigators grew up in this house for many years but this house is more then just about who grew up in there. It has fabled ghost stories and today is abandoned. The home is at least minimum 7 bedrooms and 3 floors high so much to explore. What makes this home interesting is that one of our investigators grandfather had passed away and had his ashes thrown in the pond behind the house this was a man who lived out his years in this house but drank a lot leaving his spirit most likely unsettled. Its more then just a house though there is a very large barn on the property, a tool shed, and a very large 2 floor garage. What makes the place more eerie is the willow trees there  is one of the largest I have ever seen and its very overgrown like its watched history take its course over the years. The paranormal photography so far has been great here and I do feel that this places holds so much more then just a house with a barn. Does the grandfather of one of our members still roam its dark hallways at night or is there something else more horrifying lurking on the property? We shall find out.

Update: Recently I have received much more information about this place. For most of the home history it was owned by a caretaker. He would live in the attic and rent the rest of the house out which was to the Browns for years. The caretaker was a very eerie guy stuck to himself. The house itself is haunted by 3 entities I know of one is a little girl, the other one is Amy's grandfather which haunts the barn and pond area where his ashes were dumped at and 2 other unknown entities which look demonic. The caretaker years ago use to sell, butcher animals illegally he would hide them in the silo area eventually he was caught. So there is some history to this place. Right now it looks like it may be being fixed up things are missing out of the house and there are some fresh boards up however at the same time there is alot of fresh spray paint, holes in the wall, and vandalism which really saddens me because this house looked pretty sharp the first time we investigated it. I do give tours here and have been here more then once anybody I have ever brought here feels uncomfortable, watched, hears and even sees things it is HAUNTED!
