Last night was a major investigation as we toured roughly 5 places. It was a really amazing investigation and we were out most of the night as we try to power our way back into the paranormal world.  
The places we all went were historical and deaths have occurred at them some tragic some not so tragic. I was lucky enough to get out last night considering my truck broke down the other day I was able to fix it just in time for our Labor Day Weekend Investigation.
 
The five places we investigated were The Lake Monroe Wayside Park & Bridge, The White House, Rose House, Holiday House and The King Woods.
 
They all seemed haunted to an extent with each place bringing different supernatural activity to the mix. This was our first major investigation in weeks with a lot of multiple places so it would be a long night for us.
 
It has been really busy for me lately between planning my trip up to WNY To meeting with editors, moving, working on the boat, and co partnering with a new business here in Central Florida.
 
We left fairly late was waiting on a friend to come along on the trip he never showed was to scared to go. I do not know what the deal is with others they want to see things and learn about the paranormal yet they shy away from the truth and so our adventure begins here.
 
Lake Monroe Wayside Park & Bridge
 
Traveling here put us in an odd situation we had a cop following us for awhile and he was tailgating me on purpose hoping to force me to speed. That is why I really hate being in Florida cause as soon as police see two men in a vehicle they got to harass them and I drive a nice looking truck. I made a left hand turn almost into another town and he made a U-Turn but I just think they should be focusing on other things then two paranormal investigators going the speed limit of course you can bet your ass when I lost him then I went real fast lol.
 
Eventually we got to the park which is a small little harbor for boats with docks, train tracks, an old historic bridge and woods. It has a dismal feeling and as soon as we arrived a truck full of women and guys also did with there fishing gear.
 
They were probably trying to figure out what we were doing and I was like oh here we go they are going to be fishing right near where we had to focus our investigation on.
 
I took Jason to the docks and started shaking them really hard and fast we almost both fell into the water as part of the dock floats on the St. Johns River. I could not stop laughing cause the water has bearded fish meaning its toxic so Jason could have fallen in and who knows mutated or something haha. The area has a lot of factories and so the water is very high with mercury and lead supposedly.
 
We then walked on up to the picnic shelters and a bunch of cats took off running of course when I see something running I chase it so I started to chase the cats trying to get a photo lol.
 
Things otherwise seemed quiet but my main focus was that bridge which extended pretty far out over the river.  We walked up on the bridge and I read the historical plaque which covered the history to the park and bridge.
 
On the bridge was a small control room it was like a miniature house suspended above us. Jason wanted to climb the bridge to get up to it but it was just not worth the risk due to its size and how high up it was. But one can imagine how fun it would be to feel like your in some tree house above the river.
 
I did notice something also that one area of the bridge was icy cold just in this little spot. I did feel watched by a single presence at the time I am very sure that their is something ghostly that hangs around the bridge and perhaps in that control room with its windows busted open.
 
We also noticed an old outhouse near the bridge I never seen one like this but the photo will say it all. We ignored it for awhile and took a trail that went under a concrete bridge into the woods. That ended up taking us onto the CSX tracks where some man came out of the railroad bridge house yelling at us how we are trespassing etc Jason I guess got spotlight happy and the guy probably thought he was being abducted by aliens lol.
 
This set of tracks goes over the river and a newer bridge however when boats go by the man in the bridge house can cause it to lift so they can get through. I wish I had a job where all I had to do was press a button and sit there all night toking up while playing playstation 2 lol.
 
We quietly left the train tracks back into the park and visited the outhouse and of course we seen more cats staring at us under the Lake Monroe Bridge. Eventually we reached the river where I found a wood cross with two names on it so apparently someone died back here maybe they drowned, maybe a boating accident or hell even bloody murder nonetheless that cross was only a couple years old.
 
We walked back on up and started heading to the car. I did not expect a lot of activity here but its an old area and people have died here in the past.  Jason and I took a little trail off into the woods we seen a lot of beer bottles and other junk.
 
Its an old area it was around during the Seminole Wars and still is a major outpost a century later so lots of energy in the area. Then we visited our next location called The White House.
