Pardee Lake was opened in 1958 nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. Rumor has it that the setting is one of the most beautiful out of the mother lode area. It use to take me about 21 minutes to drive from Pardee Lake to Sutter Creek/Jackson area. I use to love to listen to music and go fast down the sharp twisty curves and I learned a lot from driving on these roads.

They do not allow anybody to swim in the water, water ski, or use jet skis due to the fact that its also a local water reserve for the locals. The problem is that in the last 50 years Pardee Lakes depths have dropped around 20' this is a fact. You can see where the water line was and the lake is drying out. You can hike around the lake it takes a few hours I went about half way around almost made it to the Moke River and bridge then turned back only to find that the lake has various bays hidden in the woods.

At night one could hear wolves.....during the day turkeys run amidst  and the fishing for trout is stellar considering its stocked weekly. Aside from trout their are Kokanee Salmon, Large Mouth Bass, Catfish and some Sunfish. We seen the salmon their large and do not bite very often.

The area is full of deer, geese, squirrels, rabbits, quail, and coyotes on the outskirts of the campground. On site is boat rentals, camping sites, two swimming pools, a coffee shop, marina, hot showers and restrooms.

The reason for me adding this to the site is I spent the first few weeks of my life in California here. I then stayed in a shelter and eventually camped here again. I consider this more of an exploration rather then a paranormal excursion. But I think the photos serve as an inspiration for our fans as they tell a story about a part of my life as I had to fish to survive and how I spent my Easter here. But it also I wanted to share with the world how man has soured even one of the most beautiful places.

My Review In Full Of Pardee Lake & Dam

Most of the staff here is pretty cool with the exception of an older lady who second guesses you everytime you come through the front gates and gets a little snippy towards you.  The lady with the big tits my son told her I like her and just a few days later I was thrown out of the campground. If you do not know who the big titted lady is just camp for a weekend you will find out.

Anyhow what gets me about this place is how expensive it is to camp even during the week nobody is hardly here. The second thing is they limit you to two weeks only per month which is understandable. But the more time you spend here the more rules they try to force down your throat.

I been doing alot of camping for years and people camp to enjoy peace and quiet. They do it for one reason FREEDOM not to be subjected to the laws of man. The coffee shop is a rip-off it will cost you an arm and leg for a cup of coffee and a candy party because its accessibility.

Anyhow I was thrown out of the area due to a few things. The first thing was some couple who hated kids in their RV told them I was speeding so I got warned. Yet the old man was giving my kids the middle finger and they did nothing about it. Staff made a mistake told us that you have to buy a fish ticket and its 5 per person. Well we bought one everyday we fished and the kids caught 9 one night when the rangers pulled up.  Now keep in mind they told us we only need a fishing pass and your allowed 5 per person well the rangers gave us a whole different story thanks staff get your shit together.

Quiet time is 10 pm well my son who has some level of mental disorders screamed at 7pm because his brother stole his squirt gun. Well the rangers came up to me bitched me out again told me were being to noisy its like ummmm okay so kids are not allowed. Pardee Lake is NOT a kid friendly campground the RV park is full of old people who do nothing but complain and there money is worth more to the staff then the campers.

My friend parked in a camping spot near me they bitched at me for that she did not know plus I got into trouble because she asked the staff if she could park outside the gate and walk in since she at the time was staying in the homeless shelter and did not have the money to visit as a guest. She paid the 5 dollars I believe and the rangers subjected her.

The park has two rangers working for them one is scrawny about 5 feet tall while the other one is beefy and dumb as a goddamn brick. They are the ones who kicked me out along with the fact that I was yelled at for gathering firewood....firewood given to us as a gift by an older couple across the way.

Although camping on the hill overlooking the lake is nice the bright light that shines in your tents at night is pretty irritating and everything you do here seems to be a sin. I recommend camping in the national forest....or finding other locations to fish if you need some other locations contact me privately. My review of Pardee Lake is thumbs down. The staff is friendly but they cannot even stamp the window ticket properly and if you got kids the big titted girl will give your kids religious coloring books.

This campground is more like a Senior Citizens Camp or should we say CONCENTRATION CAMP! Not worth wasting your money everything cost accept the cold showers!
