Nicol House
 
The Nicol house was a mishap or a hidden treasure as it sat much deeper in the woods. Jason and I hiked through a lot of vines, thorn brush, and tree growth to get to this. We were curious as to what was on the other side of this metal and wood fence. I seen some old wood structure which looked like a sign and platform. I figured whatever was here may have been part of the Graves House or maybe something else was back here.
 
We went off into the woods to try to find a way around this and ended up going on quite a hike going in the back way. We came across this double wire metal fence and had to climb over it the rust on it was very bad but we made it over and came on out to this giant open area.
 
I looked to my left and we found a giant red wooden barn or garage. It was trashed doors ripped off, furniture inside tipped over, fishing poles, broken bicycles, tools all over the place. It looked ransacked maybe vandals got to this place or maybe whoever left was in a hurry.
 
We explored the garage but the spotlight was out and my mag light was getting very dim. Not a good scenario when you have no batteries on you and your almost out of light. We came out the backway of the garage and Jason pointed out seeing what looked like a house way off.
 
We walked up to the house and it looked more like a giant shack or wood cabin. The whole house was made out of wood and you could see the outside of this thing rotting and falling apart. It was a fairly large house though.
 
We walked in carefully into the den area which had boxes of junk, over turned furniture and a giant hole in the wall which led to the bathroom. The house looked like it was stripped for anything of value and we got the junk end of the deal lol.
 
There was two ways to go one into the kitchen the other into a bedroom to our right. We went into the bedroom which had a lot of junk in it. I seen cleaning supplies on shelves, clothes, etc again the photos will speak for itself but it makes you wonder why some things of such great value were to be left behind like this.
 
We left this room to go into another which had a single bed in it. Again lots more junk here it appeared to me that maybe this house had a bunch of roommates or single people living here cause all the beds were very small lol. The bathroom attached to this room was odd it had two toilets but one of them had a built into water sprayer which would hose down your ass lol.
 
The top of the bathroom counter was ripped off and the sink was gone. Its like whoever lived here stripped this place of everything yet they left some of the most important things behind like the bed.
 
In the next room was a gym there was a weight lifting bench and system. Jason was exercising and I was investigating and old desk with a lot of girly type of stuff on it. This room had two separate single beds and in the closet was older dresses like perhaps this was a shared room but there was a woman who lived here we know this much. On the desk was a religious knick knack and a lot of cards from various holidays. This room had an eerie feeling.
 
We took this room which led into the dining and kitchen area. There was piles of kitchen silverware on the floor, plates, cups and standing alone was even a blender. The kitchen was tore apart even the old wallpaper was stripped in some areas.
 
The entire house was condemned but it was dismal I mean the growth surrounded it was even heavy. The old wood porch in front of it had piles of junk on it and rotted floors. The house would never be livable again.
 
We walked around the outside and found a giant above ground pool with a BBQ deck in back. There was even a laundry line with pulleys. The grill still sat on the deck with all the type of things you would have at outdoor parties like a tiki torch for example.
 
At one time I could see this place how cozy and nice it was. I could see people swimming, drinking a beer and bbqing. Just like the Graves House this place also seemed to be full of recreation and whoever lived here was into sports cause we found all kinds of things like golf balls, gulf clubs, a fitness gym, etc
 
We wrapped up the investigation and I found a hidden road definitely a lot easier then going threw vines of thorns. We took this road and I heard whistling from behind us it was odd but it was as plain and daylight. Perhaps a sign that there is more to this house then what we seen.
 
I noticed there was no fog surrounding this house but I did at least feel out 3 cold spots I do NOT think we were alone here not as much energy as the Graves House but there was a very dismal entity here that was very lonely based on my take on things.
 
We were relieved to get to the car the lights were almost out and we were very hot from the humidity. These houses had a very damp and unpleasant scent besides the fact we dealt with a lot of giant spiders and bees nest we were very lucky to not have had any problems. We then finished off the night with the Woodland Complex.
