Mill Top Tavern

This place really caught my eye but it was something I planned on checking out for awhile. When I looked over and seen the giant water wheel I was just so excited. Because the water wheel is built right into the side of the Tavern.

The tavern itself was very old there was an upper balcony, it was all made out of wood, and a dim light was on upstairs. Their really was a ghostly feeling here. There was a few benches around, an old soda machine and when I say old it was like more then half a century old lol. The tavern looked like something you would see in the old west. It had that real western look where the men drank whisky played cards and travelers stayed in the upstairs rooms.

There was nobody around the mill was dead hell there was no people around even. We took our time and the one window bothered me alot. I at one time thought I caught a glimpse of something or movement in that mill window.

We then walked down a dark alleyway behind the watermill. It was so dark we could not even seen our hand in front of our face. We took a few photos then walked along the opposite side of the tavern. This was a real nice cozy place but beyond a doubt we also could feel that something was here.

There also was a small wagon near the tavern and it just had that early pioneer type of look. We had alot of fun investigating this place I mean it is what it is an old mill with a lot of history and ghost tales of its own. We then walked around for awhile looking for the Old Spanish Quarter we took photos in the village.
