Lake Wales Garden Cemetery is perhaps the largest in Polk County...its roughly a half of century old not alot of history to it. But this area was inhabited by the native American people a couple centuries ago. Not to far away from Spook Hill and even Bok Tower the area has alot of history. Alot of the burials that have taken place are people who came to Lake Wales lived out there lives and became permanent guest to this beautiful place.

I do not have any further history to the location I supposed that over time this is a place that will develop its own ghost stories and history. Sad to say that some beautiful places became one day dismal even if it takes a century or two for it to occur. Not alot of ghost activity here as opposed to an older cemetery but a nice little visit for our team.
