But all in all it was a very exciting night as we ventured to some pretty odd places. Yesterday I spent the majority of the day swimming at DeLeon Springs another haunted location we visited last year and went hiking to see a 500 year old bald cypress tree. It was a lot of fun they had Indian village reenactments and I got to see a lot of sites during the day including the Indian mounds. I even visited a little museum telling me about the history which will help me on future investigations here so I will try to add those daytime pictures when I get a chance. So my day started off on a pretty interesting note. On top of it all we have a new investigator her name is Jasmine and she held up quite well last night considering we did quite a few places. We have not had a new investigator in a long time so hopefully we can get a couple more people to join our team. So please make sure you welcome her to the group and team at FairieGlamour76@aol.com We did get a late start and maybe lately it has paid off since I notice we been getting better photos the later we been going out as opposed to some of our earlier trips previously. The less people out the more the activity. It was a pretty eerie evening and we did get out much later as we made attempts or visited Lake Mary Cemetery, Upsula Historical Cemetery, Gemini Springs, Debary Veteran's Park, Stone Island & The Fort Kingsbury Site. The sites all have some significant history of course and we did not get home almost till sunrise lol. We had though a lot of adventure and so our investigation begins here as we mixed it on up with various locations of interest. Lake Mary Cemetery We had a little problem at first trying to find this place. We had to actually re-map out our location since the cemetery was not where it was supposed to be. We did eventually find the cemetery near the train tracks. as we came around this bend. The area was fairly developed with dimly lit house surrounding one side of it the other had some woods and train tracks. Jasmine mentioned seeing some eyes off to the right in the woods watching us. I assumed it was an animal of some kind. We spent a lot more time here then most cemeteries as we first walked around a newer area. Their was a few hundred stones within the cemetery most were very spread apart and in the center was a gazebo where their were cold spots. The one thing that was noticeable was the cold and warm spots within the cemetery. We did find an area that was the 1800s section surrounded by bushes. Their was about twenty stones most were in very poor condition broken in half, weathered, missing pieces etc. I could not find the two confederate soldiers buried here. Eventually we walked up to the train tracks it was peaceful and I focused a lot on the woods section cause I felt watched from the brush. Again we noticed some extreme coldness near some stones along the tree line. I also heard something in the woods like something stepped on a branch. Then once again Jasmine noticed the eyes. I did take a photo and all you can see is the two sets of eyes looking at us. I took another photo and no eyes showed up kind of odd. Then I said the hell with it and shined my light and all of sudden this head pops up behind the mound looks at us and pops its head back down. The head did not have much fur on it, the ears were very pointed and it looked like maybe a fox. But I will not say it was a fox cause we were only a few feet from it and we did not hear it run off for one. For two the eyes appeared, disappeared then reappeared all within a minute. Whatever it was had watched us the whole time were in the cemetery and when the light was on it the animal/creature looked at us. It was pretty funny actually cause all of sudden you see the head stare at us and it was like oops I got caught. We did go into the woods a little and did not find any traces. Was this a ghostly animal we seen? Or was it just something of the physical I do not know. But it did catch us by surprise and that was the highlight of this cemetery. It almost looked like the creature made some face at us before it ducked back down kind of odd. We then hiked around some more went back to the car then came back to the woods so Jason could look for maybe a hole in the mound. Their was no holes whatever this thing was just vanished into thin air. We did also noticed a child's teddy bear near the tree line which was all muddy. This thing that I seen resembled a teddy bear yet one that perhaps was living. We did experience some cold spots but the one area we seen the eyes appeared to be the most active part of this cemetery more active then even the old section. As we went back to the car a train came roaring by I was going to run up to the tracks grab a photo but I did not have enough time to get the camera out and get it ready. We then decided to head off to our next location which was supposed to be Upsula Cemetery but turned on into Gemini Springs. Subject: Here is my report, do what u will with it. Date: 8/8/2005 12:46:49 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time From: FairieGlamour76 Hey everybody, Well I went on my first official investigation last night. It was pretty cool, We first went to a cemetery that was located in lake Mary it was right off the rail road tracks, not too many old head stones but a few from the late 1800's early 1900's. Upon arriving there I was immediately drawn to one specific area of the place, while I felt many different spirits around me this particular area was the strongest. I had smelt many different smells, some flower, some perfume, some smells seemed to intertwine with others it was quite odd. There was quite a few cold spots and hot spots, one was pretty intense by the area i was drawn too. I felt a cool grip on my arm that was almost guiding me in a sense for about a min it was a firm but loving grip, I felt almost comforted by this, yet this being after I picked up someone's plant that was knocked down on a grave site. There was one area that was not so friendly too me, I felt loneliness and pain, I also became very tight in the chest this was over one particular grave this was in the old section. I was still being drawn over and over to this same area, See when we first pulled in I said I just saw eyes, but we all said well it was probably an animal but they were large and glowing a yellowish orange. As we walked threw the cemetery I kept telling Rick, that my feelings were intense and he as well started feeling something as we kept going we heard some noises in the back part of the cemetery so Rick started taking pictures, he captured a few orbs and then he got an actual shot of the same glowing eyes that I had seen, eyes too big to be animal if you ask me, he kept snapping shot after shot when something popped its head up in the woods. I being a chicken shit was cowering behind so all I saw was a dark figure with pointy ears. We explored the area over and over to see if maybe there was a fox hole anything, but we found nothing this was all happening in the area that I had felt so intensely about. We walked back and forth over and over asking what ever it was to show its self again or give a sign, when I came back to the same spot there was a small teddy bear laying on the ground. I said that maybe it was a spirit of a small child, I had not seen this teddy bear before, but Rick and Jason said they had seen it. To me it was a sure sign. The place was mostly peaceful and the spirits felt curious and nice. We did search all the grave stones in that area for a child but found nothing. Soon after we left.
