Subj: [ParanormalFlorida] Tuesday's Investigation Report   Date: 2/24/2005 8:21:13 AM Eastern Standard Time  From: AngelOfThyNight@aol.com   To: ParanormalBuffalo@yahoogroups.com,  paranormalghostsociety@yahoogroups.com,  Paranormalflorida@yahoogroups.com,  ParanormalGhostSociety@groups.msn.com   Tuesday I was spending sometime on some friends land deep in the woods and swamp. I felt this would be a good area to investigate based on the history of the area and its secluded location.  I am sorry the report is late I just been so overwhelmed with the website and other projects but its better late then never at all. The investigation turned out quite well perhaps not alot of photos but there was some activity so it was worth the little hike in the woods and so my investigation begins here. Lake Helen Groves I drove back on this long dirt road. There was at first two trailers to the beginning of the road entrance then nothing but woods further back. I kept going down the dirt road for quite some ways eventually it dead ended at my friends house. The sun had not gone down yet so I walked around and had Nathan and Mike tell me a little bit about the area and various tales. It seemed interesting to hear about some of the oddities which occurred out there in them woods. We worked on the car then I started up a BBQ the moon was shining off this giant swamp behind the house. The way it felt back here was eerie I could not go anywhere without feeling watched. The dog however was calm so I knew if something was out there it was not to much of a threat. After dinner I set off on a hike into the woods there are no trails its just straight woods and thick. We went quite a ways and the dog acted strange he would not go any further with me in this one area. Then it became real cold and James said to me he sees a little boy. The little boy told him to turn back because we might get hurt or lost. Of course knowing me I kept on going and told the little boy I will be fine.  The coldness seemed to disappear here just strange how warm of a night it was and to have a patch that cold in the woods like that. Other then that at this point it was peaceful. The dog also stayed near me further into the woods. Eventually we headed on back only to walk up the dirt road next.  The road was very interesting as we walked further down it the lights on the house became dimmer each step. Soon all we had was a pasture to our left and woods to our right. It was real warm on the road I had shorts on so it was a pretty nice evening all the stars were out. We walked all the way up to the bend in the road when James again said he seen a man standing there staring at us. He said the man's name was Mr. B and that is about all the info we gathered.  When we finally reached the bend in the dirt road it became icy cold I was shivering and was hugging myself. There was a major drop in temperature and I could feel also an entity standing next to us. On a few occasions taking photos here I could see a figure of some kind within the flash. Apparently we were being watched and perhaps drew in some curiosity. Since recently a man committed suicide fairly close to the bend near the dirt road we had speculated that this was his ghost.  We walked back to the house and went behind to check out some more woods. Sometimes hearing them flamingos making sounds in the night is enough to give you jitters. Other then that though it was calm. I would say the area is mildly haunted but more so the land surrounding the house is the real thriller. There are cold spots, feelings of being watched and silhouettes of entities occasionally surrounding the house. We then concluded the investigation. Peace Rick
