The French Cottage is located fairly close to the
French Mansion. I do not know the history on this place but I can tell its
very old since the basement is made of stones. I called this a cottage
because that is what it is. It has these little windows that bend inwards
like a sea boat, a little chimney, small tiny kitchen ,den, and one
bedroom. It is not very large but it is very odd. When you first walk in
the whole place is paneled in wood except for the ceiling. The cottage is
build out of blue cinder blocks and looks more like it was something
before it became a livable area. Perhaps it served as a guesthouse to the
French Mansion. The basement is very flooded as well. I get the feeling
that whoever lived here passed away and now the cottage remains alone only
to be haunted by the past.
