The Woman's Club was started in the state of Florida in 1895 and just a few years later a building was erected in 1906 in DeLand. In 1929 it was dedicated and to this day it still serves many purposes such as fundraising, dancers, dinners, and other little events for local members. Every town in the area has a woman's club but this one perhaps is one of the oldest in the area.  What perhaps really grabbed my attention is the two statues in the front. I remember when I first moved out here I walked past the place after a rainy night and it felt very cold as I checked it out. So I decided to revisit it the woman's club and bring everybody a nice investigation.

The woman's club looks more like a house but perhaps it belongs in California or Nevada because its built more for out west. Its made of stucco and has a Spanish architecture style to it. The house is built into a slope so it does have a basement. In my opinion I think there is a lot of activity here I mean over the years imagine how many women belonged to this club and eventually passed on. If you were a ghost would you not roam somewhere that you had positive memories at?

Not only that but it sits near a few other haunted locations I investigated so its in the center of them all so really if its not haunted it will be now since the DeLand Mansion nearby is also very active with supernatural activity. The backside perhaps is more eerie you have this wide open area surrounded by woods and absolutely no lights.

There is a happy feeling here not an ounce of negativity its almost as if there is a warm feeling and maybe there is since many of the entities are probably women who once passed on in the last century. A bad boy like me really could grab some attention **Wink** but on a serious note this place is full of surprises and now I am able to bring you a little story on the ghost of the woman's club.
