Clear Water Lake Trail

This is a pretty well known area so I did not expect a ton of bigfoot or ghost activity. As there is a bike trail that goes 20 miles in these woods. But nonetheless the area was important to check out since it sat right smack in the middle of a few ghost towns so wagons use to travel through this area a long time ago in the 1800s so yes some activity would be likely so we went with a hunch.

We parked at the recreational area and there were quite a few cars. So we were not the only ones up here and it was still raining pretty steady but it was not a cold rain so I did not mind it. We started off at the trailhead and it was a friendly trail very wide and cleared out.

The trail twisted and turned as we ventured deeper into the darkness. We seen some lights in the distance probably the pay station near the lake or some cabins off in the woods. But as we hiked down the trails we started to pull away from those dim lights and my spotlight was running out. At this point things became very dark.

I started off with one bigfoot call got no response but after that there was movement on the trail. As Lee said could be something ghostly I agreed with him on this one because it was pretty close by. No doubt that there was something ghostly walking along with me on the trail.

We went pretty deep on this trail and it was becoming a little more unfriendly as the trail became more narrow and the woods became thicker. But I will say there was not an ounce of discomfort, no feelings of being watched, no movement it was absolutely peaceful despite the ghost were there.

We walked to an area where I did another bigfoot call in the woods and the spot I chose was a place with a strange swing hanging off a tree limb. This was a little eerie I mean a swing in the middle of the woods. Who knows what else we would have seen if we went further. I did my call but nothing so at this point I put together that the trail has some ghost on it but perhaps bigfoot stays deeper in the woods then were we were hiking.

We turned around at this point I was wet, oiur lights were dimming and I am sure we may come back to this place next year to do some more hiking at night. Lucky for us hunting season is over here so we did not have to worry about anybody putting buckshot in our asses. On our way back to the vehicle we were hiking down the trail and I heard a little movement but there was more of a warning sense or something telling me to get out so we sort of hustled back down the trail. Not an evil sense just a sense of we perhaps are overstaying our welcome.

We arrived back at the vehiicle and closed off the investigation. This place last night was one of my favorites real beautiful and serene. I could see us camping out here sometime for an investigation.

In conclusion to the report as you can see we covered alot of the Paisley and Lake County area which is mostly Ocala forest. Overtime I will get more information on the ghost towns and settlements as members locally join the group. This will be an ongoing thing. But what at first turned into a slow night of bumpy dirt roads and searching for places we could not find we finished the night off with a few really interesting places which had some level of energy.

But it also was a good night in the fact that we actually had three people for a change in total so maybe we can build off of that. I had chosen this area because i stumbled upon some interesting things when I first moved here. Then having a friend who lives out that way told me some strange tales it just made it all the more worthwhile to visit.

Remember some of these places are very secluded, dangerous, and if you do not have the proper vehicles or woods experience there is some level of risk. There is so many dirt roads and places to explore so each time we visit the Ocala forest were able to learn a little more about these roads and the things that are hidden back in them. We do hope to bring further investigations at these places and if anybody has any information surrounding the Paisley area or on some of the locations we could not find please submit them to me or my paranormal team. Peace
Rick
